1. Open Zhonglang label making software, select the label printer that needs to be actually connected for printing in "Document Settings", and then set the paper size and layout according to the actual paper in the printer, the paper we set here is a single-row label paper with a total width of 106mm and a height of 40mm.

3. Make the text content on the label Click the "Draw Normal Text" button on the left side of the software, draw a normal text on the white canvas, double-click the drawn ordinary text, click the "Edit" button under the data object in the Graphic Properties - Data Source, and enter the fixed content "Asset Name:" in the window that opens.
Click the "Add" button below the data object to add a "Database Import" data type, the connection is the Excel imported above, and select "Asset Name" for the field.
Switch to the "Graphic Properties" - "Text" tab, and set the text content display style, such as font, font size, word spacing, etc.
4. The text information of the specification model and purchase date on the label is also added according to the method in step 3 above, and the corresponding fields can be selected when adding.
5. Make a barcode on the label Click the "Draw 1D Barcode" button on the left side of the software, draw a barcode on the white canvas, double-click the drawn barcode, click the "Edit" button under the data object in the Graphic Properties - Data Source, select the "Database Import" data type in the window that opens, and select "Barcode" for the field.
6. Click the "Print Preview" button at the top of the software, turn the page to view the fixed asset labels generated in batches, and the preview is correct, and you can directly connect to the printer for printing (print in order from top to bottom in the Excel sheet).
