To this end, the Xingta Police Station, together with the town safety office, the village committee and other departments, conducted a survey on the number and distribution of electric bicycles in the village, and the village committee planned and built 18 centralized charging stations with self-raised funds, which can charge nearly 90 electric bicycles. Taking Jinshan Mansion in Jinshanwei Town as an example, there are more than 3,600 residents and more than 1,100 electric bicycles in the community, which is difficult to manage manually. To this end, the Jinshanwei police station, together with the neighborhood committee and the property, has installed 54 smart elevators in the community, adding intelligent identification, video surveillance, voice prompts and other intelligent systems.

In this regard, the Jinshan Public Security Bureau took the "100-day propaganda and prevention" special action as the starting point, and carried out in-depth special rectification actions for electric bicycles in conjunction with the district market supervision and management department, conducted full-coverage inspections on 221 electric bicycle sales and business units in the district, signed a safety sales commitment letter with merchants one by one, standardized the real-name registration of buyers, and guided merchants to do a good job in safety publicity simultaneously.
