Morning exercise starts with walking slowly every day for 6 weeks, to walking slowly + briskly walking 6 laps, to walking briskly 7 laps in the past two days. In the first week, I couldn't wear shoes because of weight gain, so I changed three pairs of shoes in three days, and the nails of the little toes of my feet were squeezed out, and the toes were worn out, and finally I picked out the most comfortable sneakers. I was also bleeding from my toes, so I thought about adjusting my rhythm for morning exercise every other day in the second week, but I gritted my teeth and insisted on exercising every morning.
