Recently, the Hengshui Municipal Government revised and issued a new "Hengshui Electric Bicycle Fire Safety Management Measures".
It is mainly revised and refined in these three aspects:
- Two new legal bases have been added: "Regulations on the Management of Fire Safety in High-rise Civil Buildings" and "Regulations on the Administration of Electric Bicycles in Hebei Province".
- Clarify the fire safety management responsibilities of electric bicycles in various departments, and increase the frequency and content of inspections in townships (streets) and village committees.

Shanghai:
The newly revised regulations on the management of electric vehicles will be officially implemented on June 1
In early May, the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress announced that it had passed the newly revised Regulations on the Safety Management of Non-Motorized Vehicles in Shanghai. It will be implemented from June 1.
Two of these focus areas are:
- Those who engage in commercial activities of assembling, adding, or modifying non-motor vehicles, or selling non-motor vehicles that are assembled, reinstalled, or modified, shall be fined between 5,000 and 50,000 yuan by the market regulation departments.
- If the wires and sockets are pulled privately to charge the electric bicycle and its battery, the urban management law enforcement department shall order it to make corrections and may impose a fine of not less than 50 yuan but not more than 200 yuan.
