The traffic police department will strictly investigate and deal with traffic violations such as two-wheeled electric vehicles and three-wheeled (four-wheeled) low-speed electric vehicles that do not wear safety helmets, cross the line and wait for signal lights, run red lights, drive in the opposite direction, do not follow the prescribed lanes, and cross motor lanes or pedestrian crossings at will according to regulations.

Recently, the public security department of Hongshan District, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia issued the "Announcement on the Special Rectification of Electric Tricycles and Electric Four-wheeled Vehicles", which will comprehensively carry out rectification actions against illegal behaviors such as modification, assembly, installation, and unlicensed and unlicensed electric three-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles in the jurisdiction.
In addition to a series of traffic violations, the rectification action also clarified that non-standard electric tricycles and electric four-wheeled vehicles are completely prohibited from passing within some road sections.

3. Check whether there are illegal modifications, additions, and assembling of electric three-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles in the sales stores.
There are four main problems at the user level:
1. Whether the electric three-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles are licensed. Whether it is a temporary license plate or a regular license plate, the current local rectification basically requires that the vehicle must be licensed before it can be legally on the road.
2. 4. Whether the driver has a driver's license that matches the quasi-driving requirements, D license is required to drive electric tricycles, and C1 driver's license is required to drive low-speed four-wheeled vehicles (subject to local policies).
