The number of 5G package users reached 271 million
In April 2024, China Unicom had about 1,040.67 million "big connection" users, 271.12 million 5G package users, and 540.46 million IoT terminal connections.
In April 2024, China Unicom had 10,560 5G industry virtual private network service customers, with a problem solving rate of 98% for smart customer service customers, 84.5% for smart customer service and 601 authorized patents this year.
