A reporter from Beijing Youth Daily learned on May 17 that during this year's Dragon Boat Festival, the Guanghe intangible cultural heritage bean curd brewing process joined hands with the Wufangzhai intangible cultural heritage hand-wrapped rice dumpling process to launch the Guanghe bean curd flavor zongzi. In addition, Guanghe bean curd also joined hands with 711 convenience store to launch 10 snacks and drinks in the flavor of bean curd.

This time, Wufangzhai and Guanghe jointly launched two flavors: southern milk meat and glutinous rice chicken flavored dumplings. In the southern milk meat dumplings, the pork belly is served with Guanghe red bean curd, and the oily glutinous rice is salty, sweet, soft and glutinous. Glutinous rice chicken, a classic Cantonese snack wrapped in fragrant rice dumplings, is filled with large chicken thighs marinated in Guanghe white bean curd and pork legs, accompanied by carrots and oyster mushrooms. These two co-branded flavored rice dumplings have been launched on multiple online e-commerce platforms.

In addition, in May this year, Guanghe Sufu also joined hands with 711 convenience stores to jointly launch 10 snacks such as cheese-flavored bean curd latte, bean curd flowing heart puff, bean curd mandarin duck Basque, bean curd crispy triangle rice ball, salt-baked bean curd chicken chop rice ball, bean curd Tangyang chicken skewers, and bean curd soft European bread. Guanghe and 711 have also opened a co-branded theme store of Guanghe bean curd, where consumers can experience the charm of "Oriental Cheese" at 7-Eleven (Guangzhou Metro Sports West Station No. 2 Store).

Guanghe bean curd was founded by Mr. Fang Shoufu in the 19th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1893), 131 years ago. With the advantages of Kaiping's local natural environment and geographical location, Guanghe fermented bean curd has become one of the oldest condiment brands in China. After joining the multinational food giant Kraft Heinz Group in 2010, Guanghe Sufu has continued to renew its vigorous vitality while maintaining product quality with the help of Kraft Heinz's international scale and rich experience.

In 2012, the "Guanghe bean curd brewing technique" was officially included in the "Guangdong Provincial Intangible Cultural Heritage". After a hundred years of inheritance, Guanghe bean curd has long become a model of Cantonese-style bean curd.

In recent years, Guanghe fermented bean curd has frequently appeared in the field of vision of consumers of all ages with its fun cross-border co-branding, sparing no effort to practice the brand mission of "Oriental Cheese Taste Immersive".

Guanghe bean curd has also recently launched fermented bean curd pineapple yogurt and fermented bean curd Dahongpao yogurt with the cutting-edge yogurt brand Yogurt Jar, and the novel flavor has detonated social media. In addition, Guanghe fermented bean curd has also launched a variety of delicious and fun co-branded cooperation with the time-honored Chinese brand Shanghai Dexing Restaurant, the well-known Hong Kong-style tea restaurant Minhua Ice Hall, and the well-known Guangdong chain coffee shop brand Rush Feet.
