Summer is coming, and when the rain is heavy, I come home from work and eat a steaming bowl of [cabbage and pork stewed vermicelli] is simply blissful. Ever since I ate this dish at the Northeast restaurant in front of the university, I fell in love with it straight away! This dish is definitely a resident guest of our family and must be recommended to everyone!

✅ Ingredients: cabbage, sweet potato powder, pork belly, green onion, ginger and garlic, millet spicy

1️⃣ Pour oil into a cold pan, stir-fry ginger, garlic and millet until fragrant

2️⃣ Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry the fat, add half a spoon of dark soy sauce to adjust the color

3️⃣ Add the chopped cabbage and stir-fry for a while, add the soaked sweet potato powder, and then pour in a bowl of water (the water is good if the ingredients are submerged)
