Strengthen training and improve emergency response capabilities. Anlinzhan Town Health Center carried out on-site training and teaching for 27 clinics and related medical staff of related health service points, focusing on the early clinical manifestations and diagnosis points of brucellosis, fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome, differential diagnosis, early identification of severe patients, etc., and combined with years of actual cases and participants to conduct in-depth discussions, effectively improve the ability of grassroots medical staff to diagnose brucellosis and tick disease, and achieve early prevention and control, early detection, early diagnosis, early reporting, and early treatment.
Strengthen popular science education and improve the ability to discern. Anlinzhan Town organized members of public health committees and family planning associations in 48 villages to give lectures on popular science knowledge, and explained in detail the transmission routes, clinical manifestations, prevention and control measures of common natural epidemic-borne diseases such as cloth disease and tick disease, so as to further improve the ability of front-line health workers at the grassroots level to identify and identify natural epidemic-borne diseases.
Strengthen publicity and guidance, and raise the public's awareness of prevention and control. Villages have carried out extensive publicity on natural epidemic-borne diseases through various forms such as hanging propaganda banners, broadcasting loudspeakers, and villagers' WeChat groups pushing videos and audios on the prevention and treatment of natural epidemic-borne diseases, so as to further improve the public's awareness of personal protection.
Highlight key populations and strengthen precise guidance. In view of the practical problem that there are many mountains, grass and trees in Anlinzhan Town, which is prone to tick bites, the Anlinzhan Town Health Planning Office and the Joint Health Center went deep into key groups such as farmers and growers, and introduced the living habits, hazards, preventive measures and emergency treatment measures after being bitten to the masses in detail through the distribution of leaflets. At the same time, guide the majority of residents to carry out cleaning and killing activities of attached ticks for poultry, livestock, pets, etc., so as to completely eliminate the hidden danger of "tick disease".
