In order to ensure the safe and orderly road traffic during the construction period and ensure the normal travel of the masses, according to the provisions of Article 39 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the traffic management department of the public security organ will adjust the relevant road traffic organization measures during the construction period. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Traffic control time and scope
(1) From 0:00 on May 20, 2024 to 0:00 on August 1, 2024, the southern half of Yingze Street (Jinci Road - South Guanfang Road) will be closed for construction, and the northern half will be accessible in both directions from east to west; Yingze Street (South Guanfang Road - Jianshe North Road) is fully closed, prohibiting vehicles and pedestrians; The ground road of the South (North) Road (Yingze South Street - Wuyi East Street) is fully closed, prohibiting vehicles and pedestrians, and the north-south two-way normal traffic of the underpass passage. (2) From 0:00 on June 25, 2024 to 0:00 on October 1, 2024, Liuxiang South Road (Yingze Street - Kaihuasi Street) will be closed to vehicles. (3) From 0:00 on August 1, 2024 to 0:00 on October 1, 2024, the northern half of Yingze Street (Jinci Road - South 2nd Lane of Wuyi East Street) will be closed for construction, and the southern half will be accessible in both directions from east to west; Yingze Street (South 2nd Lane of Wuyi East Street - Jianshe North Road) is fully closed to vehicles and pedestrians. (4) From 0:00 on May 20, 2024 to 0:00 on October 1, 2024
The traffic control measures of the Yingze Bridge and the south (north) ring ramp at both ends will be implemented simultaneously with the traffic organization measures of Yingze Street.
Adjustment of traffic organization
(1) During the construction period, the Jinci intersection of Yingzexi Street, Taoyuan South Road, Xinjian South Road, Jiefang South Road, Square West Ring Road, and Square East Ring Road can be maintained in all directions, and the motor lanes will be reduced by half, and the rest of the intersections will not be able to enter Yingze Street;
(2) From 0:00 on June 25, 2024 to 0:00 on October 1, 2024, Kaihuasi Street will be temporarily adjusted from the current one-way traffic to two-way traffic; From 0:00 on August 1, 2024 to 0:00 on October 1, 2024, South Lane 1 and South Lane 2 of Shuixi Guannan Street will be temporarily adjusted from the current one-way traffic to two-way traffic, and the original traffic organization will be restored after the construction is completed.
Detour routes and safety tips during construction
(1) During the construction period, social vehicles can bypass Shuangta North Road, East Central Ring Road, Wuyi East Street, Yingze South Street, Qiaodong Street, Yunlu Street, Shuixi Guan (Gate) Street, Fudong (West) Street, Shuangta East (West) Street, Nanshahe Expressway and other road sections.
(2) Vehicles and personnel passing through the construction section are requested to plan the travel time and route in advance, strictly follow the road traffic signs in the construction area to pass safely, and obey the command of the traffic police and management personnel.
