In the transformation, such small things as this kind of beautiful new city community happen every day, and under the joint construction of the party and the masses, the community has slowly changed.

Since it is a "big project", it is inevitable to spend money, and the advantages of "self-hematopoiesis" in the Longtai community are fully reflected at this time.
This has to be mentioned first - the "parking account" of the community: parking solves the problem, and residents enjoy benefits.
According to Feng Dingwei, a party member and cadre in the community, it turned out that the community was originally designed to have only 316 ground parking spaces and 259 garage parking spaces, but there were more than 3,000 residents, which could not meet the demand, so that some cars were parked in the fire escape and green belt, which seriously affected the travel of residents and also had potential safety hazards.
After thinking about it, Feng Dingwei, who was in the prime of life, and the party members and volunteers decided to go to the door "white + black" to listen to and collect the opinions of residents, and at the same time make full use of the 54 micro-grids distributed in the community to collect and discuss solutions.

Through party building to lead grassroots community governance and give play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party members, Longtai community explores the model of "party building + civil non-property + property", implements "waste reform and stopping", realizes benefits and beautifies the living environment, while residents see earth-shaking changes, centripetal force and cohesion are also continuously strengthened - the property payment rate has risen from less than 20% to more than 90%, and both "blood transfusion" and "hematopoiesis" have been emphasized.
