Recently, some citizens have reported through the "12345 Linyi First Launch" that Shiquanzhuang Village, Tangtou Street, Hedong District, has not been connected to buses, and the bus station that is often visited is about 12 miles away from the village, which is very inconvenient to travel.
It is understood that due to the poor roads in the village in the early stage, the bus could not reach it, so it was not opened to traffic. After receiving the work order, the Municipal Public Transport Group visited the site as soon as possible, carefully studied the bus routes, and extended 4 kilometers on the basis of the original K231 Road, covering 7 villages and facilitating the travel of 11,000 villagers.
Since the beginning of this year, in order to implement the task requirements of "12345 Linyi First Launch" and "Special Deep Office", Linyi Public Transport Group has encrypted 17 routes and 227 operating shifts guided by the needs of citizens, and the interval between shifts during peak hours of some bus lines has been shortened by 2-3 minutes; 3 new bus lines were added, and 9 were optimized and adjusted, filling the bus gaps in many sections such as Chashan 5th Road; 6 new bus routes have been added to help solve the problem of student travel and surrounding traffic congestion in 4 schools in the urban area; 100 simple bus stops have been selected and renovated to provide a safer and more comfortable waiting environment for citizens. The public satisfaction rate of the public transport industry increased to 98.95%, and the appeal resolution rate increased to 96.34%.
It is understood that the next step of the bus group will be to scientifically formulate a capacity delivery plan to shorten the interval between routes and shifts; 5 new bus lines were opened, 10 bus lines were optimized and adjusted, and the blank of public transportation in urban areas was gradually reduced, the structure of the multi-level bus network was further improved, and the quality and level of public transportation services were improved.
