The railway is located in Echeng District, Ezhou City, with a line length of about 15.29 kilometers, and is planned to be connected from Ezhou East Railway Station of Wujiu Passenger Railway.

The feasibility study report of the second phase of the Chengdu regional railway bus transformation project has been approved, and the preliminary design and other preliminary work are being accelerated, and the construction will start within the year. Qinzhou East to Qinzhou Port Railway Construction Bidding has been launched, from the content of the bidding announcement, the project is planned to officially start in July this year, with a construction period of 3 years.

The feasibility study report of the high-speed railway from Jiaozuo to Pingdingshan via Luoyang has been approved, marking a big step forward for the project to fully start construction within the year. The design speed of the project is 350 km/h, and 5 new stations are set up in Qinyang West, Jiyuan East, Mengjin North, Ruyang East and Ruzhou South, and Luoyang Longmen and Jiaozuo West stations are rebuilt; Reserve Ikawanishi Station.
