Start with "one book, one room".
The Huangpu "One Book, One Room" parent-child reading ecosystem is a small and beautiful parent-child reading space group that the Huangpu District Women's Federation has created and shared multiple scenes, small and beautiful through new construction, micro-renovation and transformation. There are not only urban landmark spaces such as the Shanghai Grand Theatre, the "Eyes of the Su River" and the Yu Garden, but also the "Golden Horn and Silver Edge" such as the Party and Mass Service Station, the Community Cultural Center, the New Business Bookstore, the School, and the Children's Hospital. At present, 32 space sites have been built, with more than 20,000 offline participants, and more than 200 parent-child reading volunteers have been cultivated.
Recently, the "Supplementary Reading Love, One Book and One Room" of Luwan Supplementary Reading Experimental School affiliated to East China Normal University was officially launched. Huangpu District Women's Federation, Dapuqiao Street, Shanghai Juvenile and Children's Publishing House, and "Reading More Wonderful" jointly donated hardcover classic picture books to "Supplementary Reading and Love, One Book and One Room".
Sun Jia, Secretary-General of Reading More Wonderful, introduced that "Supplementary Reading Love, One Book and One Room" is closely related to the Huangpu Parent-Child Reading Ecosystem Project, and parent-child reading can not only promote parent-child relationships, but also help special children grow better.
Xu Yue, principal of Luwan Supplementary Education Experimental School, also hopes that this multi-party co-construction model can help special children get better development and give more support to the families of special children.
Wang Xiaoshang, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Dapuqiao Street, said that from Huilong's "one book and one room", Mengxi's "one book and one room" to today's "supplementary reading and love, one book and one room", the "one book and one room" network of Dapuqiao Street has been initially constructed, and more "one book and one room" will be built in the new space in the future to serve more community parent-child families.
Yuan Wenhui, vice chairman of the District Women's Federation, awarded the plaque for "Supplementary Reading and Love, One Book and One Room".
Finally, the "Get Moving" theme parent-child reading demonstration reading club and the "Small Vegetable Garden, Big World" picture book exhibition officially met with parents and students. Parents and children clapped their hands and interacted with each other in the reading of picture books, so that everyone present felt the joy of parent-child reading. In the picture book fair, parent-child families can not only read picture books, but also touch them with their own hands, feel the real vegetables, and immerse themselves in the theme reading, so that everyone is surrounded by a beautiful reading atmosphere.
Huangpu's "One Book, One Room" parent-child reading ecosystem has created a "one square in one family" reading corner for families in need, so that more families can be lit up by the fragrance of books. The launch of "Supplementary Reading and Love, One Book and One Room" has opened the door to parent-child reading for special children.
The construction of Huangpu's "one book, one room" parent-child reading ecosystem is not only a convenient life within walking distance, but also a harmonious interaction between parents and children, people and space, people and books, and people and communities.
