Recently, the Gaotan Police Station of the Linshui County Public Security Bureau in Guang'an, Sichuan Province assisted the Chongqing Women's Prison in successfully arresting a criminal who had been absconding for 40 years. It is reported that the female criminal was imprisoned for fraud that year, and later escaped from Chongqing Women's Prison and absconded. On May 11, a staff member of the Chongqing Municipal Prison Administration told reporters that the case of escaping from prison and absconding is pursued for life, and that even if he was 70 years old when he was caught, he still needs to serve his sentence in principle.

After receiving the report, the Gaotan Police Station attached great importance to it and immediately arranged for the police to fully cooperate with the verification and mapping work.
Through secretly searching for clues at the fugitive He's place of origin, multi-channel research and judgment, comprehensive trajectory analysis, and detailed verification, the police accurately grasped the important clues that the fugitive He is now living in a certain place in Chongqing. Through analysis and investigation, the police found He's activity track and accurate address in Yubei District, Chongqing City, and promptly reported the clue to Chongqing Women's Prison.
On April 8, Chongqing Women's Prison arrested fugitive He in Chongqing. On May 10, the relevant staff of Chongqing Women's Prison rushed to the Gaotan Police Station of the Linshui County Public Security Bureau to express their gratitude to the Gaotan Police Station for their support and help in capturing the fugitive He.
