The power facilities in the old residential area under the jurisdiction of Ziyang Street are seriously aging, and the flying wire charging and home charging of electric vehicles are common fire safety hazards. The Fuxing Road community adopts a two-handed strategy, coordinates knowledge publicity and on-site drills, and improves residents' fire prevention and self-rescue and mutual rescue capabilities from both theoretical and practical levels. The community mobilized volunteers to distribute fire safety leaflets in the engineering camp community and garden community, trying to ensure that the consumption covered every household and left no dead ends. The community also invited firefighters from Zhongshan Road Fire Station and community fire safety officers to carry out fire knowledge and safety lectures and fire drills together, while publicizing the hazards of illegal parking and charging of electric vehicles and fire self-rescue and escape safety knowledge to residents, they also guided residents to standardize the operation of fire extinguishers at the activity drill site for fire extinguishing and disposal, so that fire prevention and disaster prevention knowledge can be integrated into the brain and into daily life.

In addition to the regular fire safety publicity, the security community also gave full play to the advantages of the "colorful building housekeeper" blue firefighting volunteer service team, combined with the situation that there are many high-rise residences and businesses in the jurisdiction, and conducted special explanation and training for the members of the service team on how to quickly and effectively deal with the initial fire situation and how to organize the evacuation of fire personnel at the event site, and introduced in detail the precautions for high-rise escape. Under the guidance of the firefighters, the team members and residents took turns to try to use fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and wear fire escape masks to help residents master the basic use of fire equipment and escape skills after systematic training.
On the basis of being close to the masses and based on reality, this fire safety publicity activity has comprehensively popularized fire safety knowledge, and has taken multiple measures to play a set of "combination punches" for fire prevention and disaster elimination, and established a solid "firewall" for the safety of residents' lives and property.
