On May 14, Fu Xugang, vice chairman of the CPPCC Huimin District and chairman of the District Federation of Industry and Commerce, led the special research group of the CPPCC District to carry out consultation and research activities on the key proposals determined by the Third Session of the 10th CPPCC District.
The research team successively visited the Huimin District Enterprise Protection and Business Service Center, the Pentium Community of the Haixi Road Office, and the Huimin District Government Affairs Service Center, etc., and inspected the standardization of the "assistant agency" grassroots government service in the enterprise's "assistant agency" service window, community convenience service station, and district government service hall, and experienced the efficiency and convenience of the window service, and learned in detail about the Huimin District's in-depth promotion of the "Internet + government service" reform, optimization of the government affairs process, Innovative practical achievements and existing problems in optimizing the business environment.
At the symposium, CPPCC members and representatives of the business community unanimously suggested that government services should be boldly reformed in terms of "running at most once" and "doing one thing at a time", build a convenient, fast, high-quality and efficient online government service system, and provide diversified, multi-channel and convenient services for the masses.
At the third meeting of the 10th CPPCC District, Li Zheng, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC District, put forward the proposal of "Deepening the Reform of "Delegating Power, Delegating Power and Improving Services" and Building a "Helper Agency" Grassroots Government Service Linkage System (No. 143), aiming at the problems existing in the reform of "delegating power, delegating power, delegating power, and improving services" and optimizing the construction of the business environment in our district, and put forward suggestions from seven aspects, including improving the guarantee mechanism and strengthening the construction of "Internet + government services", which was identified as one of the key proposals of the CPPCC District in 2024. In recent years, the Huimin District has vigorously promoted the reform of "delegating power, delegating power, and improving services", and focused on optimizing the business environment. At present, the reform of "Internet + government service" has been fully rolled out, and 32 departments in our district have reviewed the implementation list of government service items in their departments one by one according to the "Detailed Rules for the Preparation of Hohhot Municipal Service Guidelines", and completed the standardized compilation of 1,150 government service items, with an online handling rate of 98.26%. Provide "one-stop" services for people and enterprises, carry out "nanny-style" services for enterprises to settle in the Huimin area, and make positive contributions to creating a good business environment in our district.
Fu Xugang pointed out that the vast number of CPPCC members and all walks of life should actively carry out consultations and discussions on the central work of the district party committee and the district government, the matters of great concern to the undertaking units, and the "urgent, difficult, and longing" issues of the people, and achieve new results in making suggestions and building consensus. The supervision and consultation of key proposals is one of the key tasks of the CPPCC District every year, and it is also an important way for CPPCC members and participating units to perform their CPPCC functions, which has a strong leading and exemplary role. It is hoped that the organizers will continue to do a good job in handling the CPPCC proposals, strengthen the transformation of achievements, and achieve good results.
