On May 13, the reporter came to Huyun Area A and Jingtai Garden Community in Huimin District, where workers were grouped to carry out the beautification of the façade of the building and the renovation of the underground pipe network, and the renovation project of the old community was in full swing.
In order to ensure the high-quality promotion of the renovation of the old community, the community staff fully collects the opinions of residents before the construction of the community, guides the residents to participate in the supervision and management of the whole process, and lets the residents have the final say on how to change the old community. After the construction unit enters the site, while strictly controlling the safety and quality, it will take measures such as reasonably arranging the construction period and removing the construction residue in a timely manner to minimize the impact of the construction on the residents, and truly make the people's livelihood project and the people's project a project that the people are satisfied with.
It is reported that in 2024, the Huimin District will upgrade and transform 45 old communities with problems such as early completion, serious disrepair and mismanagement, aging supporting infrastructure, and strong willingness of residents to renovate, and the transformation content is supporting infrastructure such as flying wires into the ground, heating pipelines, water supply pipelines, sewage pipelines, drainage pipes, corridor putty, and roof waterproofing, involving 14,293 residents, 297 residential buildings, and a construction area of about 1.17 million square meters.
