Longmen Lake Bridge, the bridge length is 253.08m, the bridge width is 10.5m, and the bridge span is 3×35+4×35m prefabricated rigid T beam, which is orthogonal to the road centerline; The substructure adopts column-type piers, thin-walled box-type piers with pile foundations, gravity-type abutments, and the bridge has a total of 3 bearing caps, and has been poured all at present.
In order to ensure the smooth pouring of the concrete of the cushion cap, the project department of the second regional branch strictly controls the entry of materials, conducts a comprehensive safety technical disclosure to the management and operators, and formulates targeted preventive measures around the problems that may arise in the construction process. During the construction process of pouring operation, according to the construction specifications of large-volume concrete, the mold temperature of concrete is strictly controlled, and the maintenance work is done in time to ensure the smooth pouring of the cushion cap. The successful pouring of the bearing cap of the Dehua X329 County Road Longmentan Dam Section Realignment Project has laid a solid foundation for the comprehensive construction of the subsequent bridge substructure.
