In recent years, relying on the advantages of rivers and lakes, Lujiang County has developed the "rice-shrimp symbiosis" model for ecological planting and breeding by taking advantage of the characteristics of many wetlands and sufficient water quality in the water network, so as to achieve "one water and two harvests". Up to now, the county has developed a "rice-shrimp symbiosis" area of 160,000 acres, engaged in "rice-shrimp symbiosis" comprehensive planting and breeding cooperative economic organizations 120, more than 700 large households, and initially achieved the "1313" goal, that is, 1,000 kilograms of high-quality rice and 300 kilograms of crayfish per mu, achieving an output value of 10,000 yuan per mu and a benefit of 3,000 yuan.
