After graduating from vocational technical school, Zhang Kaiyou focused on the production and processing of machinery and equipment. From 2005 to 2016, Zhang Kaiyou worked as a professional clamp welder in Beijing Urban Construction Group, and accumulated rich experience in the production of airport baggage conveying machinery and equipment parts. After more than 10 years of experience, Zhang Kaiyou has mastered the operation of (high-end) equipment, as well as programming (from laser cutting, precision bending, CNC stretch bending, robot welding, machining centers, etc.), which has prompted him to transform into a compound skilled talent.
Zhang Kaiyou has participated in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and participated in the production of automatic loading and unloading steel formwork for underground tunnels. The original manual loading and unloading took 3 days, but after Zhang Kaiyou's improvement, it only took 2 hours after automatic loading and unloading. The project was successfully opened to water in 2008, which solved the problem of water shortage for people in the north.
In 2016, after coming to work in Civil Aviation Chengdu Logistics Technology Co., Ltd., Zhang Kaiyou independently invented and produced 66 kinds of tooling, 14 kinds of testing tooling and abrasives, and 36 kinds of other production auxiliary tooling, which were used in the production of baggage handling system products such as friction drive turntables and ICS, which greatly expanded the manufacturing capacity and manufacturing quality, and increased the efficiency by millions of yuan.
Zhang Kaiyou took the initiative to actively promote 3 processing technology improvement projects, and realized the automatic welding technology of flat turntable flake support, oblique turntable flake bracket and turntable guide rail frame; The layout scheme of the welding workstation was designed to realize the precise positioning, assembly, reliable clamping and welding forming of the welding robot at one time, the clamping time was shortened from 20 minutes to 10 minutes, the product qualification rate was increased by 5%, and the comprehensive cost was reduced by 15%.
Combined with his many years of production experience, Zhang Kaiyou also proposed optimization and improvement of the production process and structure of key parts, and the improved products were used in Tianfu International Airport, Zhuhai Airport, Tianjin T1 and all future projects, so that the company's luggage carousel reached the leading level in the same industry in China. Zhang Kaiyou also participated in the project of "Key Technology and Industrialization of Baggage Carousel Based on Friction Drive", which won the third place in the Science and Technology Award of the Second Civil Aviation Institute in 2020.
As one of the core members of Yang Xiuqing's model worker studio, Zhang Kaiyou participated in the key equipment parts of ICS, optimized and improved the production process structure, and completed 6 equipment upgrades; Participated in 53 improvements in the process structure of turning conveying equipment; Participated in 20 process improvements of horizontal diversion and horizontal confluence conveying equipment; Participated in 14 process improvements of lateral transfer equipment; Participated in 22 process improvements of semi-dynamic unloading equipment.
