Taking Jialian Garden in the north section of the road as an example, the east gate of the community is just at the junction of the two districts, and motor vehicles cannot drive, so they can only take the west gate of the community. The riverside road outside the west gate is a one-way lane from south to north, and if you want to send your children to school or work in the south, you can only go north first and then turn around, and the narrow lanes with large traffic flow in the morning and evening rush hours are often congested.

How exactly was this road connecting the two districts planned? Why hasn't the construction been carried out? The reporter learned from the Xicheng Branch of the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission that outside the east gate of the Lecheng Community in Xicheng District, there is a planned urban branch road, which runs north-south and borders Fengtai District at the southern end. Due to the fact that there are about 20 residential bungalows at the junction site and a fence left over from history, there are certain difficulties in implementation at present. In the next step, the Xicheng Planning Sub-Bureau will actively cooperate with the local government and relevant departments to accelerate the solution of the problem.

Subsequently, the reporter asked Xicheng District and Fengtai District respectively, but they all said that the ownership of the bungalow was not in each district. The reporter also learned from nearby residents that some of the bungalows may belong to the China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Company, to which the relevant departments replied in text that the construction unit of the bungalow is not the railway department. The reporter also consulted the Beijing Xicheng District Housing Administration as a citizen, and the demolition and relocation department said that it had not received any relevant applications for the implementation of demolition. So far, the bungalows that block the progress of road construction have become unclaimed ownerless houses, and the dead-end roads that have been shelved for many years have become "roadblocks" for citizens to travel.

The road construction is to make the living facilities more convenient, and the broken road is not only a difficult "hard bone", but also a touchstone for inspection work. From the early planning to the later implementation involves multiple departments, it is true that each performs its own duties, but only through linkage and cooperation can we take a step forward.
