Qiankun Wanli Eye, Time Sequence Hundred Years Heart

author:Study Times

"In the Qin period, the bright moon and the Han period, the Long March has not been returned. But to make the dragon city fly will not teach Humadu Yin Mountain. This is Wang Changling's "Out of the Stopper", which is known as the work of the Tang Dynasty's Seven Uniques. And the most subtle is the opening sentence: Qin Shimingyue Han Shiguan. Wang Changling used the words Qin, Han, Guan, and Yue to interlace "intertextuality", and used the Qin and Han periods to set the time span, outlining Guan Shanyue, and blurring the desolate feeling of parting. The bright moon in front of him is the bright moon that once shone on the Qin and Han dynasties; The border pass in front of you was once the border pass where the war between the Qin and Han dynasties had never stopped. At the beginning, there is a unique artistic conception and a sense of history through time and space.

"Shi" is a simplified Chinese character for "time". The oracle bone inscription, the Jin inscription, the stone drum inscription and the ancient text of "Shuowen Jie Zi" are all written as "旹", the upper part of which indicates the march, and the lower part of which is the sun, which indicates the movement of the sun. The ancients calculated time based on the position of the sun in the sky, or the changes in its projection on the ground. The traditional character "time" appears later, and the "time" in the Qin Jian of the sleeping tiger is a small seal, which has become a temple, which is composed of "day", "earth" and "inch". "Shuowen Jie Zi" is explained as "time, four o'clock, from the sound of the temple". Duan Yu commented: "(Time) is called this spring, summer, autumn and winter, and by extension, it is used for all years and days", describing the movement of the sun in more detail: the shadow of the sun is moved from the land inch by inch, when measuring the diary. Therefore, "hour" indicates both the daily time streamer and the rotation of the four hours of the year.

"Time" and "day" are combined to form "heavenly time", which follows the time and changes according to the time. There is a sentence in "Shangshu Shundian", called "food is only time", which means that the key to solving the people's food problem is to grasp the season and adapt to the time to develop production. Rulers throughout the ages have always regarded "honoring the people" as the first priority of their governance. In ancient times, the mainland was founded on agriculture, and agriculture was an economic reproduction based on natural reproduction, which was deeply affected by the natural climate, and was manifested in obvious seasonality and urgency. This characteristic is even more prominent in ancient Chinese agriculture. "Lü's Spring and Autumn Period: Judging the Times" put forward the proposition that "the way of all farmers, thick (waiting) is the treasure", and took the main grain crops at that time as an example, and explained in detail the different production effects of crops "when they get it", "first time" and "after time", and pointed out that "the grain of the time" has many seeds, high rice yield, good quality, sweet taste, hunger resistance, and good health, which is far better than "the grain of the lost time". The Western Han Dynasty's "Book of Sheng" talks about the principle of dryland cultivation and cultivation, headed by "fun (trend) time". The Northern Wei Dynasty's "Qi Min Yaoshu" formulated the "upper time", "middle time" and "lower time" for sowing various crops, and the fertilization should be "timely", and drainage and irrigation should also pay attention to "timely". It can be seen that the ancient Chinese observed the rotation of the sun and the moon, speculated on the prosperity and withering of plants and trees, and figured out the temperament of heaven and earth. The ancients attributed all changes in the world to the flow of time, and the flow of time conveys the laws of the Heavenly Dao. "Time" has developed from a simple concept of time to a cultural concept with rich connotations, which embodies the belief and principle of "timeliness" of the ancients. At the same time, Confucianism also realized that animals and plants are not only the foundation of human survival, but also these natural resources are limited. There is such a decree in the "Book of Rites: The Imperial System": "Forests, foothills, rivers, and rivers cannot be forbidden", that is, natural resources such as mountains, forests, foothills, and rivers should be harvested, hunted, and gathered according to the corresponding seasons. Confucius loved life very much, and insisted on "not eating from time to time" for grains, melons and fruits. According to the ecological law that animals and plants develop and grow according to the "time", Mencius advocated that the change of the solar terms "does not violate the agricultural time". In this way, it not only protects the environment, but also ensures sustainable social and economic development. According to the "Historical Records: The Biography of the Goods and Colonies", Bai Gui, a famous merchant in Luoyang during the Warring States Period, was good at "watching changes in the happy time". He believes that businesses "know the time", they must make clear judgments according to the repeated changes of the climate cycle and the abundance and apology of agricultural affairs, and adjust their business means and methods in a timely manner. Bai Gui's business ideas and methods are a summary of the practical experience of observing the times and changing the times, and they are also the Chinese wisdom precipitated by time.

"Time" and "opportunity" are combined to form "time", which is just the right time and goes with the time. The ancient Chinese not only observed the way of the operation of heaven and earth, but also paid attention to the laws of human affairs. The "change" of things is inevitable and absolute, and everything is unfolded and evolved in a specific time and space. Under the premise of not violating the time, in order to achieve the best results, human behavior must be good at grasping the opportunity, creating the opportunity, and seizing the opportunity. The ancients said, "Those who come and cannot be lost, the time is also; Those who do not fail to lose the opportunity will also have the opportunity", saying that "the opportunity cannot be lost, and the time will not come again", saying that "the meritorious person is difficult to succeed and easy to lose, and the time is rare and easy to lose", all of which are said to grasp the right time for action and "appropriate time" for behavior. Many things are only done at the right time that good things become bad things, which is called "untimely". "Sending charcoal in the snow" is because adding carbon to send warmth in the ice and snow is timely and opportune; And the "autumn fan donation" is also because the fan is inappropriate in the autumn, so it will be discarded. Whether it is timely rain or outdated yellow flowers all depends on the grasp of timing. Since the Anshi Rebellion of the Tang Dynasty, feudal towns have been divided, rebellions have continued, foreign invasions have arisen, and foreign troubles have arisen. In the face of the critical situation and the dangerous situation of the country, Lu Zhen was deeply worried, and in the ninth year of Zhenyuan, he wrote "On the Border Garrison Matters", which comprehensively expounded the strategy of border defense and envisioned that "knowing what is going on and not spending the time will be defeated, and attaching the time without losing its name will be successful." In other words, it is only right to adapt and seize the opportunity and adopt a flexible and effective strategy to deal with the problem. If you can't change the old and can't change with the times, it will inevitably lead to failure.

"Time" and "potential" are combined to form "current situation", so as to follow the trend and judge the situation. In the Chinese concept, "time" is never just a time scale and parameter, and "time" is often closely linked to "potential". "Time" is irreversible, "change" is unwilling to stop, under the brewing of time, "potential" is born with the time and is unstoppable, and things develop and grow in the situation, borrowing and taking advantage of the situation. As the saying goes, "the deceased is like a husband, reluctant to give up day and night" and "the green mountains can't cover it, after all, it flows eastward", which reflects the general trend and trend of the objective process of the development of human society. As said in "Yi Chuan": "When the time stops, it stops, and when it does, the movement does not lose its time, and its path is bright." "Only when things are static and dynamic can they have a bright future when they adapt to the changes and development of the times. The opening chapter of Mencius: Gongsun Chou Shang records such a story, in which Mencius's disciple Gongsun Chou asks his teacher a hypothetical question: If Mencius were in power in the Qi state, would he be able to achieve the same achievements as Guan Zhong? Mencius had the wisdom of "knowing people and discussing the world", which epitomizes his emphasis on "current situations". Mencius believed that the people of Qi only saw that Guan Zhong had the ability, but neglected to study the situation of each country, and in the end they could not govern the country well. At the same time, Mencius also analyzed the current situation of King Wen and Yin Xun for Gongsun Chou, and believed that even if a Ming monarch and virtuous minister like King Wu and Duke Zhou did not study and grasp the situation at that time, it would be difficult to govern the country well, and pointed out: "Although there is wisdom, it is better to take advantage of the situation; Although there is a base of radium, it is better to wait for the time. As it is said in "Guiguzi": "Those who observe the situation are clear, and those who are wise are wise", only those who grasp the historical opportunity and gain insight into the general trend of history are the people who understand, and those who can conform to the general trend of history are the wise. During the reign of Song Taizong, the general Cui Han went to Taiyuan with the army, and after Taiyuan was pacified, Song Taizong wanted to take action against Youji (now North China). However, the generals believed that the army had just passed a great war, and that the army was short of men and horses, and that it was not suitable to fight again. Only Cui Han has a unique vision, seeing that the reconquest of lost territory is the trend of the times, and the time is ripe, with the Song army's strong and strong "momentum", with the help of the favorable opportunity to pacify Taiyuan, he should take advantage of the situation to send troops to obtain the thistle, so he said: "The advantage of the rider is also, when the one who cannot be lost, take it easily." This means that we should take advantage of the current situation and not lose this opportunity. Taizong said so, decided to go on the Northern Expedition, wherever the Song army went, they were invincible, and the dead in the Khitan Touxi Mountain Pit Valley were invincible, and the thistle was recovered.

"Time" is both a static noun, such as the past time is forever frozen in that moment; "Time" is a dynamic concept, it is endless, never stopping. People should follow its footsteps, walk with the times, keep pace with the times, focus on the present with the spirit of not waiting for me, cherish the time, be punctual, create and grasp the opportunity, seek the momentum, and turn every moment into eternity. From the past to the present and then to the future, no matter how far time goes, the original intention has never changed.
