Disaster Prevention and Mitigation|Dingqing County Brigade of Changdu Fire and Rescue Detachment carried out a 5.12 emergency comprehensive drill

In order to comprehensively test the effectiveness of the construction of professional teams, further improve the county's emergency rescue and response capabilities to natural disasters, and improve the public's ability to prevent disasters and avoid dangers, self-help and mutual rescue. On May 11, the Dingqing County Fire and Rescue Brigade, together with the County Emergency Management Bureau, the Public Security Bureau, the Traffic Police Force, the Electric Power Company, the County People's Hospital and other departments, carried out the 2024 Dingqing County Emergency Rescue Comprehensive Drill next to the Dingqing County Heating Company.

The drill was based on secondary disasters such as vehicle accident rescue, building collapse rescue, and fire fighting rescue. People were trapped at the disaster site, and electricity, roads, and communications were disrupted. Under the unified command of the forward command, the rescue force carried equipment and materials as required, and rescued the trapped people at the scene through oblique rescue, T-rope rescue, point drop rescue and other rescue methods.

During the exercise, all the fire and rescue personnel responded positively, responded quickly, were full of energy, the team was disciplined, and the responsibilities of the personnel were clear, which fully demonstrated the excellent style and high morale of the fire rescue team.
