After months of continuous investigation, a criminal gang supported by AI technology has surfaced. The criminal gang has Ren Moumou as the leader, 4 "information officers" and "liaison officers" as key members, and 27 "auxiliary personnel" to support it.
They have a clear division of responsibilities, and the "information officers" Zhao Moumou and Liu Moumou are responsible for the acquisition of the three elements of citizens' personal information containing citizens' facial photos, mobile phone numbers, and bank card numbers; The "liaison" Liu was responsible for contacting the overseas lawbreaker "Qiu" to sell these elements; "Qiu" used AI software to make face pictures into adult face recognition verification videos, and together with mobile phone numbers and bank card numbers, packaged and sold them to overseas gambling or telecommunications network fraud organizations for profit.
Because the suspect has a certain sense of anti-reconnaissance, he not only uses overseas instant chat tools to collude with contact, but also regularly deletes chat records, and also frequently changes his residence.
But no matter how cunning the fox is, it can't escape the eyes of the hunter, so Liaoning Cyber Security dispatched more than 20 police officers to 2 provinces and 5 cities to arrest all the suspects.
After investigation, the gang illegally purchased more than 50 citizens' face photos, more than 100 bank cards and phone cards, and helped overseas wire fraud criminals launder 70 million yuan and illegally profited from them.
