At that time, this dilapidated and old chemical plant was almost on the verge of bankruptcy.
The small factory with 35 workers has lost as much as 760,000 yuan, and there is still a warehouse where fiberglass cloth cannot be sold.

As soon as he entered the factory, he made a major decision, adjusted the development ideas, and integrated the work to the production of raw materials for fishing gear.
At that time, the fishing gear industry was developing rapidly and the business opportunities were unlimited, and Chen Guangwei's decision was strongly supported by the government.
