Serving the people wholeheartedly is the value pursuit of the CPC and the fundamental difference between the CPC and other political parties. In the new era, through the study and education of party history, the whole party has continuously broadened and improved the ideas, contents, forms, and methods of serving the people wholeheartedly, enhanced the ability and level of service, and realized the dream of building a socialist modern power.

First, we must understand that the masses of the people are the creators of the material and spiritual wealth of society and the decisive force for changing the social system and pushing history forward

Marxism-Leninism holds that the masses of the people are the creators of history and the decisive force for pushing history forward. It is precisely under the guidance of Marxism-Leninism and in light of China's national conditions that the Communist Party of China has gradually readjusted the party's line and principles and gained a huge source of strength. Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the persistence of "not forgetting the original intention" and "taking the people as the center" has more fully interpreted the purpose of the Communist Party of China to serve the people wholeheartedly.

Second, we must clarify the ideological content of serving the people wholeheartedly

First, the people are the scope of service. The service objects of the COMMUNIST Party of China are all socialist workers, builders of the socialist cause, patriots who support the COMMUNIST Party of China and socialism with Chinese characteristics, and who support the reunification of the motherland and are committed to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It clearly embodies the value pursuit and ruling concept of our party in striving for the fundamental interests of the broadest masses of the people.

Second, wholeheartedness is a requirement for service. It is to be single-minded, to devote all your energy, and to give without reservation. This kind of complete and thorough demand not only maintains the flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the people, but also shows the true character of the purpose of building the party for the public and ruling for the people.

Third, service is the fundamental purpose. For party members and cadres, serving the people means taking the interests of the people as the primary task and as their important responsibility. China's Constitution reads: "All power in the People's Republic of China belongs to the people." That is to say, our people have a supreme position, and the interests of the people are above all else.

Third, we must fulfill the commitment to serve the people wholeheartedly

Since its birth, the Communist Party of China has consistently implemented the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly and won the support and support of the people. However, the value standards of some party members in society have become the pursuit of money and interests, which violates the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. We must always know and respect, guard against fear, and keep the bottom line, make judgments and action choices that are beneficial to the interests of the masses of the people on major issues of "for whom and on whom to rely on," consciously generate a code of conduct that does not dare to be corrupt, cannot be corrupt, and does not want to be corrupt, promptly resolve the difficult problems that the masses of the people are concerned about, and constantly enhance the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security.

Entering a new era, under the guidance of the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, we must fully implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's new requirements for serving the people wholeheartedly, and always work hard for the interests and happiness of the people.
