Gu Xuesong was born in Shanghai in 1993. He is one year younger than Deng Linlin. The two of them can be regarded as sister and brother love! Compared with Deng Linlin's results, Gu Xuesong is slightly worse. In 2013, Gu Xuesong entered the national team. At the 2014 Incheon Asian Games, Gu Xuesong and his teammates defeated the South Korean team in the semifinals of the archery recurve men's team to advance, and in the final, Gu Xuesong defeated the Malaysian team with the Chinese team to win the championship. In the 2015 World Cup in Turkey, Gu Xuesong's Chinese archery team defeated South Korea 5-3 in the final to win the championship. After participating in the 2017 National Games, Gu Xuesong retired.
