The new village for immigrants is beautiful

Chen, Bai, Yao, Xiao, Zhan, Gao, Lin, Ban, Yuan...... There are 88 surnames in more than 800 households, and this is one of the few "100 surnames" villages today. 88 castes, 88 stories. In Fenghuang Village, Wanyao Township, Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province, neighbors get along harmoniously and have long been like family.
Fenghuang Village was built in 2007 and is a new village in Jiangshan City, located in the west of Wanyao Township, 3 kilometers away from Jiangshan City, with convenient transportation, beautiful environment, simple folk customs and rich folk culture. There are more than 3,000 people in more than 800 households in the village, including 104 party members. In 2008, farmers from more than 10 mountainous towns and villages, including Twenty Eight Cities, Zhangcun, Tangyuankou and Baoan, moved to the foot of Phoenix Mountain and built new homes. With the goal of "being able to move, stabilize, and afford to get rich," successive village cadres have worked one term after another, running one stick after another, and striving to make a good life for immigrants in mountainous areas and reservoir areas.

"After the relocation, the villagers in the mountainous areas lived directly in the towns, realizing the transformation from farmers to citizens. Roads, activity squares, public parking lots, public fitness areas and other basic supporting facilities are readily available in the resettlement sites. Through grid management and the red and black list system, the villagers consciously maintain environmental sanitation and abide by the law, and the civilization level of the village has been greatly improved. Unlike many ancient villages, this village has wide and clean roads and orderly new buildings. The front and back of the house are shaded by green trees, and the courtyard lawn is full of flowers. In this beautiful new village for immigrants, there is a common prosperity building, which not only provides jobs for the villagers, but also has convenient living services such as education and catering, so that the villagers can enjoy a one-stop life at their doorstep.
In recent years, Wanyao Township has relied on Jinhua Shuangguan Timer Factory, made full use of the Fenghuang Village Property Economic Building, and created the "Fengming Qifu" Gongfu Workshop, with a construction area of more than 1,600 square meters, integrating industrial resources such as "timer processing", "garment processing" and "embroidery", and setting up four Gongfu workshops of "Timing Beauty", "Yizhisheng", "Yanzhi Embroidery" and "Self-improvement and Self-enrichment". The Gongfu Workshop provides doorstep jobs for the villagers, especially the left-behind elderly, women, the disabled and low-income people, and most women and the elderly can work in the workshop after taking care of the family and picking up and dropping off their children, so as to truly live and work in peace and contentment.

With the relocation of the village, the youth of Fenghuang Village have gradually integrated into the city, and their education and knowledge level have been greatly improved, and outstanding young people have emerged in an endless stream. "As far as the Gongfu Workshop is concerned, Zhu Yingying founded the Jiangshan Muying Metal Products Processing Service Department in Fenghuang Village, which is now the 'Timing Beauty' Gongfu Workshop, and trained and attracted more than 70 villagers to enter the factory for employment through village-enterprise cooperation, which solved the employment problem of some women and the elderly in the village, and drove the villagers to increase their employment and income. Under her influence, the processing industry of Fenghuang Village has further developed, formed a large-scale effect, and successfully built the 'Fengming Qifu' Gongfu Workshop. At the same time, Zhu Yingying is also a women's representative of Fenghuang Village and a member of the executive committee of the Village Women's Federation. She enthusiastically participates in various tasks in the village, strives to promote the development of women's causes, and actively leads women to contribute to rural revitalization, such as taking the lead in organizing women to participate in various public welfare activities such as culture, volunteer service, skills training, and creative excellence.
After more than 10 years of development, Fenghuang Village has transformed from a new immigrant village with a weak foundation into a happy village with thriving industry, ecological livability and civilized rural customs, and has also won more than 50 honors such as the National Democratic Rule of Law Village, Zhejiang Five-Star Cultural Auditorium Village, Zhejiang Good Governance Demonstration Village, Zhejiang Provincial Cultural New Landmark Village, Zhejiang Provincial Health Village, Zhejiang Civilized Village, etc.
In the past few years, it has won the silver medal of the voice of China's countryside, the gold medal of the "Village Song Ten Year Festival", the gold medal of the 4th Quzhou Line Dance Competition, and the first prize of the 3rd Jiangshan Peasant Games. The village also invited performance teams from inside and outside the city to perform, enriching the cultural life of the villagers and making the villagers have a stronger sense of happiness, honor and belonging.
"In the future, Fenghuang Village can take advantage of the east wind of the Jiangshan Pumped Storage Power Station Project to do a good job in tourism development. Relying on the scenery of mountains and rivers and modern agricultural resources, we will build an ecological leisure and pastoral village in the suburbs of the city, and at the same time carefully shape the rural tourism brand of Phoenix Village, regularly hold festivals with traditional culture and customs, and use traditional media and emerging media to increase publicity and brand marketing to make Phoenix Village famous. Secretary Yu said.
"Ah, the phoenix spreads its wings, flies high, hope is ahead, and dreams are in the heart......" From the "people's village" that went down the mountain to get rid of poverty in the past, to the "happy village" that now takes the road of common prosperity, Phoenix Village, Wanyao Township, as sung in the village song "We Fly with the Phoenix", the phoenix is nirvana and reborn from the fire.
