Having a courtyard side is better than poetry and distance. The courtyard of Shuitang Village is a microcosm of the renovation of livable farmhouses in Yongle Township. Since 2023, Yongle Township has closely focused on the rural revitalization development strategy, relying on the improvement of the rural living environment, adhering to the principle of "small investment, micro transformation, and big improvement", optimizing the function of farmers' courtyards, beautifying the landscape, and beautifying the environment, and striving to improve the satisfaction and happiness of the masses. On the one hand, with the creation and selection of "the most beautiful courtyard" as the carrier, we actively mobilized party members, cadres and villagers to participate extensively, and worked together to gather the "small beauty" of the beautiful courtyards of each village and household into the "big beauty" of the beautiful countryside. On the other hand, we will actively promote the 2023 livable farmhouse renovation and construction project in Nanming District, and upgrade and transform the farmhouses of 300 villagers in Shuitang Village Pass Group, Jiangxi Slope Group, Wuerzhai Group, Xiazhai Group, Xinzhai Group, Lecun Street Group and Xiaoshan near the main road of the township and the main road of the village, and continue to polish the background color of the countryside with "changing the old appearance and improving the essence".
"In the process of renovation, we strictly follow the requirements of the design drawings to repair the damage and renovate the courtyard. Especially in terms of greening, some seedlings that are easy to live and easy to maintain, such as chunjuan, sage, rose, etc., are selected to facilitate the villagers to manage and protect them in the future. Among them, more than 2,200 square meters of new courtyard walls, more than 1,800 square meters of courtyard wall renovation, more than 3,800 square meters of courtyard dam pavement transformation, more than 15,000 square meters of tandem road transformation, more than 18,000 square meters of exterior wall façade painting, more than 5,300 square meters of greening projects, more than 2,200 square meters of demolition projects, and more than 3,700 square meters of pavement squares, courtyard dams, flower ponds, courtyard walls, etc.
To increase the "appearance" and "temperament", the clean and tidy country courtyard is the starting point for the villagers to live and work in peace and contentment and enjoy a happy life......
Beautiful environment becomes "beautiful economy"
Quiet and tidy villages, white-walled and tiled houses, spotless courtyards, and unique "beautiful houses...... Xinjie Village, located in the core area of the National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park Farm, Jiusi Town, Laifeng County, Enshi Prefecture, Hubei Province, can be seen everywhere.
Early in the morning, Xiang Mingshi, five groups of villagers in Xinjie Village, began to clean the front and back of his house. Xiang Mingshi used to be a well-known "dirty and messy" resident in the village, with collapsed clay tiles and piles of foam garbage placed at the gate. In 2022, after the village carried out the renovation of the human settlements, the evaluation will be carried out according to the point system, and rewards will be issued according to the scores, and the villagers will take the initiative to participate one by one. Seeing that the neighbors are thinking about how to make their homes beautiful and clean every day, Xiang Mingshi also began to think about it.

To create a beautiful environment and build an ecological and livable home, we must not only do a good job of "dermabrasion" in front of the door, but also open the "filter". In recent years, Xinjie Village has fully gathered the forces of the three parties, led by the government, the main body of the masses, and promoted by the market, to continue to carry out the renovation and improvement of the rural living environment, combined with the "National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park" and the Xinjie Small Fruit Industrial Park to continuously optimize the rural industrial system, and implement beautification, greening and lighting projects such as domestic sewage treatment, garbage removal and transportation, environmental planning and improvement in front of and behind the house, and the construction of "four small gardens". With the participation of the masses as the essence, local materials are used, and the construction is carried out with pebbles, bamboo strips, bluestone slabs, and old farm tools as the main materials, which not only reduces the cost, but also retains the local characteristics. At the same time, colorful wall painting is carried out in front of and behind the house, so that the living environment can be transformed from chaos to governance to refinement, and strive to create a "beauty of form, production, life, and humanities" to promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.
"In recent years, we have always deeply practiced the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, created a new countryside and new style of settlement, promotion and modernity according to the actual situation of the village, promoted the transformation of livable farmhouses, coordinated the improvement of the living environment, cleared and cleaned the 'trilateral' sanitation, demolished waste chickens and pigsties, promoted the promotion of changing customs and customs, and concentrated efforts to depict landscape paintings. Our garbage collection system has been gradually improved, and as of September 2023, more than 20 standardized garbage bins have been set up. With the continuous upgrading of the "appearance" of the village, the village began to seek to transform the beautiful rural achievements into beautiful economic results, using the geographical location of the National Modern Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstration Park Farm, combined with the cherry blossom color road, landscape scenery, flowers and fruits and other characteristic gardens in the park, to create a characteristic small fruit industry chain, to provide tourists with rich picking tours, parent-child travel experience, and to achieve the integration of development from the original primary industry to the secondary and tertiary industries.
A "village planner" came to the village

"Dog and Field" is one of the new formats created by the Jinsong Tianyejia team, and it is a rural creativity brought by this group of young people. In April 2023, the Jinsong Tianyejia team came to Shanchuan Township and signed a whole village operation agreement with Jiumu Village, becoming a "rural planner" to build a demonstration belt for the integration of culture and tourism in Jiumu Village. For their arrival, Guan Wancheng, deputy secretary of the general party branch of Jiumu Village, was particularly happy. "In the past, we were sitting on Baoshan, but it was difficult to earn gold and silver." He said that Jiumu Village has a unique ecological environment, but it also has the disadvantages of remote geographical location and high altitude, and the tourism economy is seasonal.
Today, around the Golden Pine Park, new business formats such as sports restaurants, easy camps, and rabbit campsites have emerged one after another. "The integration of scenic villages is the characteristic of Jiumu Village. Based on this, we take camping as a breakthrough for drainage, set up various small formats, and string together the entire village space. Meng Xinhua, head of the Jinsong Field Plus team, said that in terms of overall operation ideas, it is planned to convert the seasonal traffic of scenic spots such as Golden Pine Park into year-round traffic, and realize traffic sharing, so that the scenery is more "money-like".
