In 1958, more than 100,000 builders from Hubei and Henan carried them with flat shoulders and bamboo baskets, and loaded a load of sand to intercept the Han River, which took 16 years to build the Danjiangkou Reservoir. Since 2014, it has become the water source of the South-north Water Diversion Project, a huge artificial river of 1432 kilometers long, which runs through mountains and mountains, and directs the water of the gushing river to the north.
