At the end of last year, I attended the first training course for young and middle-aged Esperanto cadres organized by the All-China Esperanto Association. I have been in contact with Esperanto for more than a year, but I seem to have a deep love for Esperanto, and my heart is full of curiosity and expectation. More than five months have passed, and I have been digesting and thinking about what this course has brought to me. And on the eve of May Day, the news released by Xinhua News Agency about the Third Plenary Session of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China suddenly enlightened me. I realized that I was not only learning a language, but also shouldering a heavy historical mission.

Looking back on that training time, I seem to see those pictures full of passion and vitality again. We listened to the history of Esperanto by senior Esperanto speakers and felt the profound cultural heritage behind it. We learn the pronunciation skills of Esperanto and experience the unique charm of this language; We discussed how to use Esperanto to spread Chinese culture and tell Chinese stories, so that more people can understand and understand China.
What impressed me the most was the 60th anniversary of the First National Symposium on Esperanto Work. We honour and honour the veteran Esperanto veterans who used Esperanto to connect the world and convey friendship and peace. Vice Premier Chen Yi's words still echo in my ears: "If you speak Esperanto, you are a comrade." Regardless of whether the yellow or white races are or the beliefs are different, as soon as you speak Esperanto, you can sit down and talk for a few minutes, dozens of minutes, and this work is worth doing. This sentence gave me a deep understanding of the international, communical, and intermediary nature of Esperanto work.
And President Liu Dawei's mobilization speech made my blood boil. He mentioned: "Comrade Mao Zedong pointed out as early as the Yan'an period that the study and development of the Esperanto movement is true patriotism and true internationalism. "It made me realize that as a new-age Esperanto speaker, I need not only to be proficient in Esperanto, but also to be patriotic and international. I want to use Esperanto to tell China's story well, convey China's voice, and let the world know more about China.
In this training, I deeply understood the importance of the "two combinations": the combination of the basic tenets of Marxism and the specific reality of China, which gave me a deeper understanding of the essence and mission of the Esperanto movement; Combined with the excellent traditional Chinese culture, I can face the future with more confidence. I realized that only by closely combining the two could I achieve more in the field of Esperanto.
I began to think about how to integrate the "two combinations" into my practice. I plan to start a project called "Silk Tea New Road Esperanto Campaign". This project will use innovative means such as metaverse digital technology, combined with the reality of China's manufacturing power and e-commerce prosperity, as well as the cultural heritage of the ancient Chinese Silk Tea Road, to serve global digital trade through Esperanto, an international language. I believe that through the implementation of this project, I can contribute to the promotion of domestic and international economic dual circulation, and promote the formation of an economic ecology of Esperanto services.
At the same time, I also realized that as an Esperanto speaker, I still need to improve my overall quality. I will continue to strengthen my listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and humbly ask for advice and learn from my Esperanto seniors. At the same time, I will also use my media marketing communication skills and experience in digital commerce services to contribute to the development of the Esperanto movement.
In the days to come, I will devote myself to the cause of Esperanto with more enthusiasm and more firm conviction. Guided by the "two combinations", I will tell the story of Chinese-style modernization in the new era, the story of a community with a shared future for mankind, and the story of people-to-people exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations.
