The earthquake simulated a 5.8-magnitude earthquake in Dawukou District, and the earthquake was strongly felt in our county, causing partial damage to some old buildings in the farmers' market in Huangquqiao Town, a small number of people being trapped and infrastructure such as communication public networks being damaged to varying degrees. After the simulated earthquake, Huangquqiao Town immediately carried out emergency evacuation, self-rescue and mutual rescue of the affected people.
"There are 20 people in the third group, 19 people have been safely evacuated, and the current situation of 1 person is unknown, and the report has been completed...... After the masses evacuated to the evacuation area, it was found that a total of 4 people were trapped, some houses were damaged, and electricity and communications were interrupted.
Under the command of the on-site command, everyone performed their duties, and the rescue work was fully rolled out. The emergency rescue team used fire trucks and ladders to rescue, the medical treatment team treated the people injured by the earthquake, the infrastructure support team was busy repairing power supply and communication lines, the mass livelihood support group resettled the affected people and distributed relief materials in the tent area, and the earthquake and meteorological departments did a good job in monitoring the disaster situation...... The half-hour emergency drill highlighted the concept of three-dimensional rescue and comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation.
