In the first half of 2024, the National College English Test (oral test) will be held from May 18th to 19th.
1. Prepare well for the exam and take it calmly
(1) Print the admission ticket in time.
From May 13 to 19, 2024, candidates can log on to the National College English Test Registration Website (https://cet-bm.neea.edu.cn/) to print the admission ticket by themselves, please carefully read the "Instructions for Candidates" and "Test Center Tips" on the admission ticket, accurately grasp the test date, test time, test center and other information, and strictly abide by the test requirements.
(2) Prepare personal documents.
Candidates need to bring the admission ticket and valid ID to take the test. Valid identity documents include resident identity cards (including temporary identity cards), passports, Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, Hong Kong Identity Cards, Macao Identity Cards, Residence Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, and Residence Permits for Taiwan Residents.
Because mobile phones are forbidden to be brought into the closed area, and it is impossible to verify the identity by checking the electronic ID card in the mobile phone, the electronic ID card is not used as a valid document for admission to the test, please pay attention to the majority of candidates. Candidates who have lost their ID cards should apply for a temporary ID card at the local police station in time, or log in to WeChat "Shandong Micro Police" to apply for a temporary ID certificate to download and print by themselves.
2. Abide by the examination discipline and take the examination in good faith
(1) Observe the examination time.
According to the examination management regulations, candidates who arrive late will not be allowed to enter the examination room to take the test. Please keep in mind the test time, plan reasonably, and arrive at the test center as early as possible to allow enough time for entry and inspection. In order to ensure safety, candidates are not allowed to stay or gather around the closed area after arriving at the test center, and should enter the test center in an orderly manner as soon as possible.
(2) Actively cooperate with security checks.
When entering the closed area, all candidates must undergo two strict and standardized manual security checks and one intelligent security check, focusing on cheating behaviors such as carrying mobile phones. Candidates should not bring keys, earphones, chargers, magnetic cards, lighters, metal bracelets, rings, necklaces, hairpins and other items, and do not wear clothes, shoes and hats with metal ornaments, so as to avoid repeated security checks and affect the normal entrance to the test. Please store your personal belongings properly to avoid test irregularities, delays, or loss of belongings due to violations.
(3) Creditworthiness and discipline examinations.
Candidates should strictly abide by the discipline of the examination room, obey the arrangements and requirements of the examination staff, participate in the examination honestly and trustworthy, and put an end to cheating in violation of discipline. During the test, you should follow the test instructions issued by the test center to complete the test (the wall clock time in the test room is for reference only). It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones and all kinds of wireless communication tools, watches, headphones, electronic storage memory recording and playing equipment, sending and receiving equipment, school bags, study materials, manuscript paper and other items into the closed area and examination room. All examination rooms are fully covered and full-time online monitoring and recording, and the surveillance video and later video playback will be used as the basis for determining the examination violation.
(4) Severely punish violations of discipline and cheating.
The National College English Test (Oral Examination) is a national examination, and if candidates are found to have violated discipline and cheated in the examination, they will be severely dealt with in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in the National Education Examination (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education). The consequences of cheating in the exam are serious, which will lead to the invalidation of the results of all subjects in this exam and will be recorded in the integrity file of the candidates in the national education examination.
It should be noted that if a test taker carries an electronic device with the function of sending or receiving information such as a mobile phone during the test, regardless of whether it is used or not, it will be considered as cheating in the test and will be severely punished. During the test, mobile phones and other devices are used to take pictures of test questions, etc., and publish information, disseminate test questions and answers through QQ, WeChat groups and other online platforms, and are suspected of violating the law and committing crimes, will be severely dealt with by the relevant departments in accordance with the law. In order to avoid being affected in your study, work and life in the future, please be sure to strictly abide by the examination discipline, and do not leave one mistake to chance, and regret it for life.
(5) Supervise disciplinary violations.
