2. Air filters, filters, purifiers, rodent-proof devices, etc. should be cleaned or replaced not less than once every six months;
3. Air handling units, surface coolers, heaters (wetters), condensate trays, etc. should not be cleaned less than once a year.
✔ Periodic Inspection, Inspection and Maintenance:
1. The centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system should be tested no less than once a year; During the operation of the air conditioner, it is advisable to carry out monthly water sanitation quality inspection of cooling water, condensate, spray or cold water evaporation humidification;
2. When the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system is used for the first time or is out of use for more than half a year, the health quality inspection should be carried out;
3. The air duct inspection and maintenance cycle should not be less than once every two years, and the air handling unit inspection and maintenance cycle should not be less than once a year.
