Recently, at the intersection of the village road of the Xizhuang Village Civilization Practice Station, due to the sand transportation convoy scattering a lot of stones, sand, etc., which seriously affected the travel of the villagers, the village secretary notified volunteers to come to clean up and escort the people.
On May 11, 2024, a group of 7 members of the service team of Dongwang volunteers in Quanzhou District, Fujian Province, carried out a clean-up activity at the intersection of Xizhuang Village Road, Guanqiao Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province. They carried shovels, brooms, bucket trucks and other labor tools, along the village road of the civilized practice station all the way to clean up weeds, paper scraps, cigarette butts on both sides of the road directly with their hands, all the way to the intersection of the village committee, up to 100 meters. In the process of shoveling with a shovel, my whole body was covered with dust and still chased after me. Through their tacit cooperation, a few hours later, the sand sprinkled on the ground was finally cleaned up, and the people were returned to a piece of pure land and the potential safety hazards were eliminated in time.
Volunteers have been rooted in the civilization practice station for a long time, built a strong ability, and always practiced the volunteer spirit of dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress, and won unanimous praise from the masses.
