Zhang Ye, the production manager of the project, introduced that industrial wire is harder than steel wire and lighter in weight than steel wire, and can easily lift a weight of 20 kilograms.
"The reason why it is so strong is that we changed its molecular structure from the beginning of the raw material, and then it was drafted and wound with high magnification to form the highest strength." Zhang Ye explained that it is mainly used in vehicle seat belts, lifting belts, marine cables, etc., as skeleton reinforcement materials.
It is understood that the total investment of the project is 3.208 billion yuan, and the construction will start in 2021, using the world's leading spinning equipment, intelligent logistics and warehousing system, etc., to build a full-process integrated intelligent factory, mainly producing various high-performance differentiated industrial yarns. At present, the project has achieved an annual output of 400,000 tons of full production.
Zhang Ye said that up to now, Hengli Chemical Fiber has obtained 770 patents of various kinds, and has achieved the ultimate in a wire, and after 400,000 tons of industrial yarn has been put into production, it has provided strong support for the continuous launch of new products.
