On the 10th, the Xiangjing Railway 1 Project Department of China Railway Bridge Bureau and Yicheng Port and Shipping Service Center carried out a comprehensive emergency drill of "flood control, flood control and drowning accidents" at the construction site of the Hanjiang Bridge to further improve the prevention and response capabilities and rescue capabilities.
At present, the construction of the Hanjiang Bridge of the Xiangjing Railway has entered the main flood season. The drill simulated that in the case of continuous heavy rainfall, the water level of the Han River exceeded the warning line, and the safety and security team organized the orderly evacuation of on-site personnel. When the commander-in-chief receives the danger, he immediately activates the emergency plan and issues instructions to the emergency response teams to carry out rescue work. The whole exercise was tense and orderly, and the personnel of the six emergency response teams, including the emergency rescue group, the safety and security group, the logistics support group, the technical processing group, the medical rescue group, and the communication and liaison group, had a clear division of labor, tacit cooperation, and proper handling, and successfully completed all the tasks of the exercise.
The Xiangjing Railway starts from Xiangyang East Railway Station in Xiangyang City, Hubei Province in the north, passes through Yicheng City to Jingmen City in the south, and shares Jingmen West Station with the planned high-speed railway along the Yangtze River. The railway is an important part of the "Hunan Channel", one of the main corridors of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway; It is an important cooperation channel in the west wing of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Corridor; It is an important transportation infrastructure for the interconnection of the rising urban agglomeration in central China and the "one main and two wings" of Hubei Province, and is a highly comprehensive high-speed railway, covering bridges, tunnels, roadbeds, culverts and other projects, with a total length of 116.73 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The construction of the project will further improve the high-speed rail network along the Yangtze River, promote the development of resources along the line, build an eco-tourism circle in western Hubei Province, and realize the fast connection between the "Yijingjing" metropolitan area and the Xiangyang metropolitan area.
