From 23:00 on May 10, 2024 (Friday) to 6:00 on May 11, 2024 (Saturday), all medical insurance business handled through online and self-service channels will be suspended, including medical insurance business handled through platforms such as the National Remote Medical Treatment Filing Mini Program, Jiangsu Medical Insurance Cloud APP, Wuxi Medical Insurance Online Service Hall, Wuxi Medical Insurance Online Service Hall, Lingxi APP, Wuxi Medical Insurance WeChat Official Account, Wuxi Medical Insurance Service Mini Program, Self-service All-in-One Machine, Long-term Care Insurance Handling System and other platforms, as well as account mutual aid-related functions.

For insured persons seeking medical treatment or purchasing drugs during the suspension of online settlement, the designated medical institutions should do a good job of explaining and guiding the work.
