In 2015, I graduated from university majoring in decorative art design, but due to a lack of interest, I chose a different path. During my internship at university, I worked for a company that sold medical devices. After graduating, I was faced with a job choice, and although my family wanted me to go to Shanghai, I was attracted by the development story of Shenzhen and decided to go to Shenzhen.
In Shenzhen, through my cousin's introduction, I got a job as a barmaid at Sea World in Nanshan District. Even though I didn't know anything about the job of a bartender at first, I decided to take the job and start my career in Shenzhen.
After two months of rigorous training in Hutao, I mastered all the work of the bar. From cutting fruit and making drinks in the inner bar to washing cups and making beer in the outer bar, I gradually became familiar with the workflow. After more than a year, I started learning to bartend, and the process was long and difficult, but I persevered.
As my skills improved, so did my salary. From the initial 2,000 yuan, to 3,200 yuan, 3,500 yuan, and then to 3,800 yuan, my efforts have paid off. In the company's personnel changes, I got the opportunity to be promoted, became a trainee bar supervisor, and my salary was also increased to 4,300 yuan.
After working in Hutaoli in OCT for a while, I accepted the invitation of my former boss and moved to a new place, and my salary was increased to 6,500 yuan. After that, I moved to a restaurant in Ningbo as a bar manager with a monthly salary of 8,000 yuan. After several job hopping, I finally became a professional manager in Zhejiang, with a monthly salary of 10,000 yuan.
Looking back on my seven-year career, I deeply understand the difficulty of the poor trying to fight back. Without connections, resources, and funding, success is almost impossible. I advise poor people like me to find a stable job to ensure that they can be self-sufficient, and then slowly accumulate experience and social experience to find opportunities for development.
