There is also a production task that requires the team leader to participate in the planning: only to the production department or workshop, only to issue monthly, weekly or daily production tasks and requirements, completion time, do not specify the start time, and the production department needs to make specific task arrangements. After receiving such a production task, it is very important for the on-site manager to make reasonable arrangements.
