Political determination is the power of party members and cadres to set their minds, and it is a concentrated reflection of party spirit cultivation and political literacy. First, it stems from firm ideals and beliefs. Looking back at the more than 100 years of the history of the Communist Party of China, many revolutionary pioneers have endured the tests of life and death, blood and fire again and again, and still persevered and marched forward bravely, relying on the strong confidence that our party is moving towards the light and will eventually win. The second is derived from the lofty original mission. There is a way that "the trend of ambition is far-reaching, and the poor mountains are far away from the sea, and there is no limit". Since its founding, the Communist Party of China has regarded seeking happiness for the Chinese people and seeking rejuvenation for the Chinese nation as its original mission, for the sake of the great public, the observance of the great righteousness, and the pursuit of the great self; this is a conspicuous mark that distinguishes our party from other political parties, and is also the key source for the Chinese communists to be inspired by their mission and to rejuvenate their strong spiritual motivation and political determination. Third, it stems from a keen political consciousness. As party members and cadres, whether in dealing with daily work affairs or in the face of some major issues of right and wrong, they are good at looking at problems from a certain political height, and have a clear and firm position on the party's requirements and party rules.
Political determination is not innate, nor will it be achieved overnight, and it is necessary to "cultivate the mind" and "cultivate the body". On the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen theoretical study. Theoretical maturity is the basis for political maturity, and failure to firm beliefs and convictions is often due to misgivings and a clear and inaccurate understanding of the way forward.
