There is an evergreen tree in Yimeng

Text/Zhang Lan

On a drizzly day in early autumn, I walked into the former site of the first branch of Kang University, located in Wushengtang Village, Datianzhuang Township, Fei County. Like many people, I have admired the Daqingshan in Fei County many times, and I am also familiar with the "Daqingshan Breakout Battle" that took place here during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, and I also know that the "Yimeng Mountain Minor" created here by the members of the Anti-Japanese University sang all over the north and south of the river and became a red symbol of Yimeng Mountain, but it was the first time I approached the former site of the first branch of the Anti-Japanese University in Fei County.

Although it is early autumn, the mountains are full of colors, and the drizzle makes the autumn colors much thicker. The car went along the rugged mountain road to the mountains, and when it turned another hill, the accompanying county propaganda department Minister Liu pointed to the front in the drizzle and said that the front was there. From a distance, a huge arborvitae tree soared into the sky like a heroic warrior, and the drizzle covered it with a thin veil, but the heroic spirit could still be felt from a short distance. The canopy is divided into three parts, the middle part of which is straight upwards, but the branches on both sides are close to the earth. If you look closely, among the leafy trees, there are dead dry branches, and there are smooth and graceful branches, like an indomitable spirit, standing firm among the new leaves...... Directly in front of the tree, a black stone tablet reads "The Site of the First Branch of Kang University", and next to it, there is also a stone tablet of "Ancient and Famous Trees". According to Minister Liu, this thousand-year-old arborvitae tree was once a place for students to study and live in the first branch of Kang University. On the other side of the tree is the school building of the first branch. "Unity, tension, seriousness and liveliness" are particularly clear in the drizzle. "Squeak" pushed open the two black wooden doors of the school building, and the famous Battle of Daqingshan, together with the passionate years of blood and fire that had passed for nearly 80 years, as well as the love of blood thicker than water and life and death between the military and the people in the years, rushed to the face.

One

"A heroic fight in exchange for thousands of people turned the corner." Zhu Rui, secretary of the Shandong Branch of the Communist Party of China, commented on the Daqingshan Breakout Battle.

In July 1941, after Okamura Ninji was transferred to the post of commander of the Japanese Army's North China Front, he vigorously promoted the "Three-Year Plan for the Construction of Rectification and Rectification", successively carried out five "public security strengthening campaigns", and implemented a brutal "three lights" policy against the "unsafe areas" (anti-Japanese base areas), making it difficult for the anti-Japanese base areas to hold on. In 1941 and 1942, the Japanese puppet army dispatched 70 "sweeps" of more than 1,000 people to the anti-Japanese base areas in Shandong, including 9 large-scale "sweeps" of more than 10,000 people, and the Shandong War of Resistance entered the most arduous and difficult period.

"Send troops to Shandong". Under Mao Zedong's decision, the headquarters and main force of the 115th Division advanced to Yimeng one after another under the leadership of Luo Ronghuan and Chen Guang, and stationed in Niejiazhuang, Feixian County for more than two months. The 115th Division fought side by side with the Shandong Column, growing from less than 10,000 to 76,000 in 1940, and successively won a series of victories in a series of battles and battles, such as the Battle of Tanma, the Battle of Baiyan, the "Sweep" of the Hold the Calf, and the Rebellion of Tianbaoshan.

On November 15, 1939, more than 3,000 people from the first branch of Kang University, one of the Chinese Anti-Japanese Military and Political Universities, established in June 1936, under the leadership of President Zhou Chunquan, lasted 43 days and traveled more than 3,000 miles, moved east from Shenjiao Village at the southern foot of Taihang Mountain to Yimeng Mountain, and arrived at Donggaozhuang on January 5, 1940, thus beginning the difficult process of running a school behind enemy lines in Shandong. The members of the Anti-Japanese University are all cadres at or above the platoon level who have both ability and political integrity.

The Daqingshan Breakout Battle was a sinister encounter with an extremely large disparity between the forces of the enemy and us, and it was also a famous battle led by Kang Da: on November 30, 1941, the Japanese army independently mixed into the 10th Brigade and the Japanese puppet army in the surrounding strongholds, and carried out "clearance" in the Daqingshan area from the north, east and south. In the early hours of the morning, the first squadron of the fifth brigade of the first branch of the Anti-Japanese University fired the first shot of the battle of Daqingshan in Toad Shigou; More than 2,000 personnel from the first branch of the Kang University, the Shandong Branch, the 115th Division, the Provincial War Trade Union, and the sister troupe, which were transferred from Suozhuang to the Daqingshan area, also encountered the enemy when they arrived at Wudaogou and a fierce battle broke out. At the same time, nearly 6,000 people from the first branch of Kang Da and the party, government, and military organs of Shandong poured into this narrow Nanshuikeng mountain recess, and among these nearly 6,000 people, there were only more than 600 people who were fighting in combat, and the rest were all unarmed personnel. At this time, the enemy from the north, east, and south is getting closer and closer, and there is a danger of being surrounded by the enemy at any time. At this critical moment of life and death, Zhou Chunquan, the president of the first branch of Kang University, was calm and calm, and resolutely took on the task of commanding the breakthrough, although our side suffered heavy losses, but under the circumstances, a huge team of nearly 6,000 people, relying on only a few hundred inferior weapons, resisted 5,000 well-armed enemies, and under the cover of the first branch of Kang University, the sacrifice of a few people was exchanged for the safe breakthrough of the vast majority of personnel, and successfully defended the party, government and military organs of Shandong Province. During the battle, the heroic spirit of forgetting life and death, majestic mountains and rivers and many moving stories that can be sung and cried by our anti-Japanese soldiers and civilians showed that after graduating from the first branch of the Anti-Japanese University, Qiu Zemin, who stayed in school as the captain of the second squadron of the Fifth Brigade and was known as the "heroic and combative intellectual youth", led the district team to fall into the enemy's heavy encirclement, most of the students died, and he was also seriously wounded. Cheng Ke, who was then the instructor of the No. 2 Squadron of the Fifth Brigade of the First Branch of the Anti-Japanese University, after completing the task of blocking the enemy in the steep mountains north and south, took the remaining dozen people to fight and retreat, and retreated to a courtyard in Li Xinggou to be surrounded by the enemy. In the face of the enemy's bright bayonet, Cheng Ke hugged a Japanese soldier, bit off his ear fiercely, and was stabbed several times by the Japanese soldiers who rushed up, and the last 18 students also rushed up to scuffle with the enemy, all of them were bloodied Li Xinggou; Qi De, the head of the school department of the first branch of Kang University, who was only nineteen years old, was injured in many places all over his body, and his intestines flowed out. At this time, it was the critical moment for our army to break through, Qi Deqiang endured the severe pain, stuffed his intestines into his stomach, and resolutely sounded the morale-boosting charge. After the war, when Zhou Chunquan went to visit the seriously wounded, he said to him: "It was your trumpet that won the battle!" "Due to his injuries, he died during the transfer......

In front of this thousand-year-old arborvitae, listening to the explanation of Minister Liu of the County Propaganda Department, I was imagining that era, imagining those young faces and boiling blood. Qingshan testified that they had dedicated their loyalty and love for the motherland to the land under their feet along with their lives, turning them into pine forests on the top of the mountain and beside them, forever evergreen on this red hot land.

Two

General Chi Haotian once said: Yimeng's mountain is a hero's mountain, Yimeng's people are a great people, and Yimeng's Hongsao is a great mother.

The first branch of Kang University was stationed in Fei County for nearly three months, and formed a deep friendship with the people in the village. They were called "the flowers of resistance" and "literary guerrillas" by the students and cadres. Every time the art troupe performs a program, the masses sit at the front, and the cadres and students sit in the back. At that time, the children in the mountains lived in poverty and monotony, and the performance of the art troupe was like a grand festival for them. The children waited at the scene early in the morning, some sat on the high branches, some wore a hat made of branches and leaves on their heads to play a game of catching devils, and the older children would help the Eighth Route Army hang lanterns and plant pillars together. At that time, Lin Chuancheng in the village was only 9 years old, and in his memory, these brothers, sisters and uncles of the Eighth Route Army were amiable, and he also liked to follow them like a fart. What Lin Chuancheng remembers most is that whenever they have time, they learn to speak the local dialect with him: "It's unbelievable", "It's good to do it", "It's good to do it", "It's early in the morning", "Night and night", whenever he hears them talk to him in the local dialect, he feels that these people are his relatives. In fact, many of these people eat and live with Lin Chuancheng. At that time, every household in the entire village was inhabited by anti-university members, and Lin Chuancheng's family lived in a class. He vividly remembers that in between busy battles, they helped the family carry water, grind, carry soil, chop firewood, and feed cattle...... As long as it is the work of the peasant family, they will always rush to do it. I remember that the principal Zhou Chunquan fell ill due to excessive fatigue, and the staff touched a soft-shelled turtle in the river and made soup for him to nourish his body, and Lin Chuancheng's grandmother was also sick at that time, so Zhou Chunquan brought the soft-shelled turtle soup to Lin Chuancheng's grandmother to drink. After my grandmother recovered from her illness, she would tell everyone: My illness has improved so quickly thanks to our principal. Another time, Zhou Chun, the head of the school, had a high fever after the recurrence of the old injury, and the guard Wang Dafa brought back a watermelon from outside, and Principal Zhou asked where the melon came from, and Xiao Wang said that it was picked from the villager's field, and Principal Zhou was very angry at the time, and said seriously: "Xiao Wang, a watermelon is not a big deal, but the nature is very bad." What is the difference between this picking and grabbing? We are the people's army, the people are our water, we are the fish, we are a family, in order to reflect the family. After listening to the principal's words, Xiao Wang sent the melon back again.

At that time, life was hard, and there was not much to eat. Lin Chuancheng remembered that the Eighth Route Army ate the most sorghum cakes. But if this sorghum cake is left for a long time, it will become sticky and sour. In order not to waste it, the soldiers always ate the cake that was about to spoil first, and saved the good for the next meal. Lin Chuancheng's mother saw it and couldn't bear it, so she often used her own food to make good exchanges, in order to let the students eat at ease, she said to the students: "These sour cakes are useful for me, I mix them into the pancake batter, and the pancakes will not stick when they are baked." ”

In order to save food and not to increase the burden on the villagers, the members of the Anti-University only eat two meals a day, and sometimes it is difficult to guarantee even two meals. There were a few fourteen or fifteen-year-old members in the art troupe, like Fu Quan and Qiao Zhixue, who were growing up at that time, and when they were really hungry, they ran to the small river at the edge of the village to catch fish and shrimp to eat. Once, Fu Quan caught a crab, which was much bigger than a small fish and shrimp, Qiao Zhixue came to rob him, Fu Quan was reluctant, but at this moment, he heard the school leader shouting him, and he didn't care about robbing it with Qiao Zhixue, opened his mouth and bit off half of the crab, and threw the other half to Qiao Zhixue and ran away.

The difficult days made it a crucial issue for the soldiers to be fed, so there was "the story of Fang Lanting selling his little daughter". 1940 was a year of famine. Kuomintang troops, Japanese soldiers, and traitors looted everywhere, and the people's lives were extremely difficult. The Eighth Route Army could not bear to increase the burden on the people, so it could only eat bran and swallow vegetables, and the cadres and soldiers were all yellow and thin. Fang Lanting, who lived in a squad of the rear headquarters of the 115th Division at that time, was anxious. At that time, Fang Lanting served as the president of the Women's Rescue Association, and after her husband died as an underground traffic officer, she dragged her three daughters to live alone. People say that the old people in the world love children, that year, the youngest daughter Xiaolan was 5 years old, although thin, but smart and cute, Fang Lanting took it with him wherever he went, and he had as many treasures as he wanted. But whenever he saw the soldiers coming back from the war and could only eat bran vegetables, Fang Lanting felt very uncomfortable. She always felt that she could not make the soldiers bleed and eat chaff. However, in the era of war and chaos, where to get food? In desperation, she thought of her own flesh and blood. Privately inquired about a family, and secretly sold Xiaolan to this family as a child daughter-in-law, in exchange for 20 catties of millet. Before leaving, Xiaolan took her hand and cried: "Mom, don't you want Xiaolan anymore?" Xiaolan is so obedient, I can eat less. Mom, take me away, I'm scared. Listening to her daughter's heart-rending cry, Fang Lanting's heart was broken, although she was a little tired, her daughter had never left her when she grew so big. She was so sad that she had to squat down and hug Xiaolan and said, "Xiaoni, be obedient, my mother will come to see you in a few days." On the way back, she with small feet, carrying 20 catties of millet on her back is like carrying a thousand catties of boulders, walking a few steps to stop, and then leaning on the stone and crying for a while, always shaking in front of her Xiaolan when chasing her, more than ten miles of mountain road, Fang Lanting walked for most of the day. When she returned, she grated the millet overnight and baked it into pancakes with some chaff. The next morning, the hungry soldiers held fragrant pancakes and asked as they ate, "Auntie, where did you get the food?" Fang Lan Tingqiang smiled and said, "Eat quickly, the eldest lady went out to borrow it, and I will return it to him when the new grain comes down." The warriors jumped up for joy and said in a loud voice, "Auntie, you are too great." But the soldiers found that the lively and lovely Xiaolan was gone; Usually when she comes back from the war, Xiaolan always follows behind everyone, the big brother grows up and the sister is short, but she hasn't seen her for three whole days. The soldiers were anxiously wondering, and the head of the unit came to explain the truth of the matter to the soldiers and said with tears in his eyes: Comrades, the people would rather sell their own flesh and blood than let us eat enough to fight devils, what kind of feelings is this? This is the love of fish and water that is stronger than blood. Listening to the chief's words, the soldiers hugged their heads and cried, knelt in front of Fang Lanting, and shouted "Mother" in unison; Then he scraped together the pocket money on his body and did everything possible to ask someone to redeem Xiaolan back. Fang Lanting couldn't stop it, and was moved to tears by the true feelings of the soldiers. The head of the unit said excitedly: "Since ancient times, it has been said that loving soldiers is like sons, and it is really better to love soldiers than children." Since then, the deeds of "loving a soldier is better than a son" have been widely spread in the army. The fighters felt that she was closer than their own mother, and they all called her "the mother of the revolution".

Three

Rong Bin, who had personally experienced the Battle of Daqingshan, was the chief of the health department of the Third Branch of the First Brigade of the Luzhong Military Region among the members of the Anti-Japanese University, and he led 73 wounded and sick soldiers to disperse around Daqingshan, which was high in the mountains and deep valleys, and surrounded by strange rocks, and fought with the enemy for three months. As soon as he recalled the past, Mr. Rong Bin talked endlessly.

The terrain around Daqingshan is steep, there are six or seven small mountain villages, the large ones are less than 20 households, the small ones are only one or two households, 73 wounded, and each family has to cover more than 2 on average. However, when the wounded arrived, they carried them on their backs, and after a while, more than 70 wounded were "robbed" by the villagers, and even some of them who did not "rob" themselves actually quarreled with the village cadres.

It was a very special period, and the devil shouted: The people who hide the eight roads, kill them all; Rescue the villages of the Eight Roads and burn them down; Every mountain and every village should be cleared by combing and grate. traitors, Japanese soldiers, puppet soldiers, bandits, reactionaries, homecoming groups, landlord bullies roamed around, listening to the rumors, and devils swept from time to time; Any leaked detail is life-threatening. Many landlords have been killed to nurse the wounded, and many people have even been killed for one wounded. Therefore, there are many singing and crying stories when rescuing the wounded, Minister Liu said, the most touching is the family of Liu Kuni and Aunt Liu in Xiaobudaiyu.

There were 20 wounded people and a medical team in Xiaobudai Village, and Liu Damiang, the secretary of the village's party branch, was in charge of five wounded people at once. Aunt Liu said: "Our Xiaobudai Village is a famous fortress village, my wife is the village head, and my only son Tiezhu is the militia captain. I don't take the lead, who takes the lead? Aunt Liu not only hid her own wounded, but also cared about more than 20 wounded and sick people in the village: "If the wounded are there, I will be there, and if the wounded die, I will die" and "I vow to live and die with the wounded". Aunt Liu and the others hid the wounded in the cellar, or in the embankment, and some hid in the tomb, and the enemy pounced on them again and again. The cunning enemy took up residence after another swoop, and set up their tents near the entrance to the cave where Aunt Liu hid the wounded. The wounded people hiding in the cave could clearly hear the footsteps and conversations of the devils. The comrades were worried, but Aunt Liu said seriously: "Don't be afraid, everyone. The top of the cave is a big stone slab, which is not easy to find, even if it is discovered, you must also calm down, everything has my aunt and your Uncle Ma. After hiding for two days and one night, Uncle Ma said to his wife: "We are all members of the party, and we are all half-buried people, what else can't we get out?" I'll deal with the devil now, and you send someone to tell your son to lure the devil away. ”

At that time, Aunt Liu's son Tie Zhu was hiding on the west mountainside with five militiamen, and after receiving the report, he shot at the devils one after another, killing several sentinels. The enraged devils sent troops to chase and kill, and Tiezhu and his companions led the enemy to climb the mountains and mountains, and finally all of them were killed. Before the sacrifice, Tie Zhu looked in the direction of his home and shouted: "Father, mother, son is sorry for you." Let me be your son again in the next life, and I will definitely honor you well. ”

The devil who couldn't find the wounded was annoyed and angry, grabbed the village chief Uncle Ma and tortured him in every possible way: Where is the Eighth Road? Where are the wounded? On the days when the dripping water turned into ice, they tied Uncle Ma under the big cypress tree at the entrance of the village and splashed buckets of cold water on Uncle Ma's body. The winter of Yimeng Mountain is cold, so cold that the dripping water becomes ice, and when the mountain wind blows, the cotton clothes become an iron plate, hard and cold, and when you bow your head slightly, the sharp ice ballast will pierce your neck into a blur of flesh and blood...... But no matter how he tortured, Uncle Ma didn't say anything. Seeing that they couldn't ask anything, the Japanese puppet army took out the furniture of the people in the village, poured gasoline on it and lit the fire, and threw Uncle Ma into the fire and burned him alive, and many branches of the cypress tree were also burned here. After the liberation, Liu Daliang's house was hung with a martyr's door sign, and when the organization asked her what she wanted, she said seriously: "I just have one request." When the organization arrives in the village, I will be content to come and talk to me. The aunt's "request" made everyone present cry.

In the 800-year War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, many villages such as Zhuanding Village in Fei County, Xishiya Village in Pingyi, Dongzhuangzi Village and Wukongqiao Village in Yimeng were all made into "uninhabited villages" by devils: hundreds of villages were burned to the ground, women were raped and killed, and young and middle-aged people were arrested to do hard labor and strong men, but the brutality of the enemy could not stop the determination and enthusiasm of the masses to help the wounded.

"My life was given by the eldest lady in Daqingshan, Fei County, if it weren't for the eldest lady who sent me food every day, I would have starved to death in that dripping cave with ice." Zhou Kang, a political instructor of the Second Brigade of the former Kang University First Branch, who returned to Shandong in 1983 to visit his comrades-in-arms, stood in front of the arborvitae at the former site of Kang Da in Wushengtang Village and said affectionately. It turned out that in the Battle of Daqingshan, Zhou Kang was seriously wounded in the leg, and in order to recuperate from his injuries and the safety of the large army, the troops hid him in a cave and left behind the necessary guns, ammunition and dry food. In the cold winter, the cold in the mountains, the cold in the caves, how can the frail body bear it? Zhou Kang recalled that at that time, thanks to an old lady in her fifties, she brought hay from home and spread it in the cave, and carried the only quilt that her daughter-in-law married when she got married to the cave. Walking on this rugged mountain road with a pair of small feet, he risked his life every day to deliver food to him. Because of the frailty and high fever, the medicine left in the army has long been used up, and the cave at night is even more cold, although there is the quilt of the eldest mother, but the high fever still does not go away, and when Zhou Kang is at the most serious, his whole body is drawn into a bow, and even he himself thinks that he will die.

"What kind of evil have these little devils created?" Every day, the eldest mother cried distressed while feeding Zhou Kang. There is no medicine, so the old man uses some Yimeng Chinese herbs such as honeysuckle that blooms in early summer, mushroom moths on the roots of honeysuckle that grows in autumn, white grass cut down during the Dragon Boat Festival, and round turtles, and mountain scorpions unique to Yimeng Mountain, mix these Yimeng Chinese medicines in a casserole and boil them three times, mix the three times of the potion together, and drink them twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Every day, the eldest lady put the potion in the padded jacket and sent it to the cave. In Yimeng, the mountain is high and the road is slippery, and it does not melt for dozens of days after a snowfall, and the small-footed lady takes a crutch every time she goes out, carries a back basket and pretends to collect firewood, twice a day, and finally snatches him back from the hands of Lord Yama. After the liberation, Zhou Kang came back many times to look for the eldest mother, but the green mountains were still there, but the eldest mother could not be found everywhere - in the depths of Mengshan Mountain, there were such aunts everywhere, but they were not the one he remembered. As a result, Zhou Kang recognized all the mothers in Yimeng Mountain as the "mother" in his life.

Time flies, 78 years have passed. In the lush green mountains, there is a heroic epic of magnificent mountains and rivers; Under the soil, the iron bones of the soldiers who sacrificed for the revolution are buried. Every flower, grass, and tree here all hides the spirit of revolutionary fighters who are brave and witty, and who are not afraid of sacrifice. "Only by winning and breaking through in exchange for life, and remembering that period of history can we carry on the past and forge ahead into the future." Wherever the wind passes, such a firm voice will always echo in the depths of Daqing Mountain.

"Ten years of Yimeng, ten years of Binhai, it was the millet pancakes of Yimeng Mountain that raised me, when I was seriously injured, it was the people of Fei County who saved my life, it was the ten years of revolutionary struggle that tempered me, I will never forget the years of Yimeng Mountain." In front of the stele of Arborvitae, Minister Liu told me a passage from the former national leader Gu Mu in his memoirs, and also told a history of Gu Mu and Yimeng's mother.

On November 30, 1941, Gu Mu, the 28-year-old director of the Secretariat of the Shandong Branch, withstood the test of life and death in the Daqingshan Breakout Battle. In the previous battle of Liuhongyu, he was wounded in the chest, fractured his ribs, and was transferred to Daqingshan with the troops while lying on a stretcher. After the battle began, he encountered the enemy in Shimen West Mountain, and in order not to drag down the troops, he insisted on hiding in a large pile of sorghum straw. The enemy searched the vicinity three times and kept stabbing them with bayonets into the stacks of sorghum straw, but they were not found. Gu Mu later recalled: "There is Pingxingguan in the north and Daqingshan in the south. If he had been armed at that time, he would probably have shot and died with the enemy. After dark, the enemy retreated, and Gu Mu crawled out of the sorghum straw stack and crawled for a long time before he was discovered by the Yimeng villagers in the cellar. Due to the continuous transfer of organs, the leaders decided to arrange for Comrade Gu Mu to be sent to Xiaoyandian in the enemy-occupied area to recuperate from his injuries. In order to make him recover as soon as possible, Mrs. Hu made egg noodles from the very little flour and the only eggs in the family for him to eat, and saw that Comrade Gu Mu was really weak, and killed the only old hen in the family. Before killing the hen, the old lady first fed the hen a handful of grain, and then reverently said to the hen: "Chicken, chicken, don't blame, you are a dish in the yang world." I didn't kill you because you didn't lay eggs, but because our comrades were too weak. "After boiling the soup, scoop one spoonful at a time in the rice. Seeing that the eldest lady who lacked food and clothing killed all the chickens she was babysitting, Comrade Gu Mu was difficult to swallow. The eldest mother always comforted him: "Child, eat quickly, only after recovering from your injuries can you go to the front line to kill devils as soon as possible." Under the careful care of Aunt Hu, half a month later, when Gu Mu could go to the yard at night to support the grinding disc and move his body, he immediately rushed back to the army.

After the liberation, Gu Mu visited Fei County twice in 1985 and 2000. "I often remember the battlefield and fight together, and I like to see the old land and the new flowers", this is the inscription of Gu Mu's revisit to the Yimeng Mountains. He crossed the mountain from Yinan at the northern foot of Daqing Mountain to the areas of Li Xinggou, Dagutai and Zhuanshanqian Village in Matouya Township (now Xuezhuang Town) in Fei County, Zhiyang of Daqing Mountain, and found the site of the Daqingshan Breakthrough Battlefield and the place where he was injured in those years, realizing his long-cherished wish for decades. With a heavy heart, he told the story of recuperating his injuries at the villager's house after he was seriously injured and the landlady's mother used the old hen soup to nourish his body, and repeatedly told the county and township responsible comrades to help him find the family that rescued him back then. However, for the sake of safety, the names of the chiefs at that time were pseudonyms, and the rescuers were all carried out secretly, although many inquiries were not implemented, and only after his death did he find the descendants of Mrs. Hu. To this end, on April 17, 2014, relevant comrades of Fei County made a special trip to Beijing to visit Gu Mu's eldest son Liu Nianyuan. Liu Nianyuan said with tears in his eyes: "My father fought in the Yimeng area for a total of ten years from the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression to the War of Liberation. Throughout the ten years, my father and the Yimeng region formed a deep relationship. Especially in his later years, he kept recalling the years of fighting in the Yimeng Mountains. He recalled that when his father was dying, his mouth, nose, and body were full of tubes, and whenever he was awake, the head nurse gently asked in his ear, "Chief, let's put a piece of "Yimeng Mountain Minor". Gu Mu blinked his eyes, turned on the tape recorder, and as soon as "Yimeng Mountain Minor" played, the two nurses sang softly, "Everyone said that Yimeng Mountain is good, and Yimeng Mountain is beautiful on that mountain...... "My father's eyes blinked, and crystal tears flowed out. ”

Liu Nianyuan said that his father remembered the years of fighting in Yimeng Mountain, and never forgot that the people of Fei County gave him a second life. Although my father has passed away for five years, and this year marks the 100th anniversary of his birth, "all of our children will never forget that the people of Fei County rescued our father, which is why we have this family and our five children." ”

Gu Mu once said that he came out of Yimeng Mountain, and it was the foundation of Yimeng that made him grow up gradually, so he thanked the Yimeng people for cultivating him. In fact, this is also the voice of thousands of people's soldiers to Yimeng.

Four

Time slipped over the branches of the arborvitae. Looking up at the old trees in the sky, the 78-year-old arborvitae is more solemn and dignified in the drizzle. Secretary Guo of Wusheng Village, who came with him, said: "The battle led by Kang Da 78 years ago deeply reflects the feelings of the army and the people whose blood is thicker than water. Over the past 78 years, we have not forgotten the history and inherited the spirit of Kang Da. It turned out that in recent years, Fei County has explored a new way of "ecological party building" in Wusheng Village and other places with the connotation of "casting red fortresses, building evergreen beliefs, building green forest belts, and paving golden roadbeds", and created a "three-same" education and training base, 78 high-standard "three-same" education demonstration households, which can receive more than 200 students at the same time, and receive the "three-same" education of "eating together, living together, and working together", which has built a personal experience of the life of the masses and the feelings and public opinions of the rural people. An educational platform for comprehending the party's mass line. At present, more than 500 batches of training courses have been received by more than 200,000 people, becoming a model of "three same" education in the province.

"We meet in the fields, and we parted in the mountains and forests...... Farewell, farewell, no more attachment, let's meet at the congress celebrating the cause of national liberation, we will see you again. "On the way back, I sang this song over and over again in my heart, and I heard the ancient echo from the depths of Mengshan Mountain, like raindrops on the branches of Arborvitae, shining with the evergreen luster of the four seasons. In the continuous green mountains, there was a solemn voice that answered me: The Yimeng spirit, which is blended with water and milk, and shares life and death, is the same as the spirit of Yan'an, Jinggangshan, and Xibaipo, and is the precious spiritual wealth of the party and the country, and it must be constantly carried forward in combination with the conditions of the new era...... In the drizzle, I heard the echoes in the mountains.
