Spun off from Harvard University in 2017, Zapata Computing is an industrially generated AI software company that develops solutions to businesses' toughest problems. The transaction values the company at an implied pre-investment equity value of $200 million.

Previously, quantum computing listed companies IonQ, Rigetti, and D-Wave were also listed through SPACs. However, as of now, Zapata Computing has a market capitalization of only $36.37 million.
