Recently, although there is a construction site nearby, the residents of Huanhua North Road feel that the air at home has not been affected at all, and there is no noise affecting their lives, which stems from the "new trick" of the Qingyang District Ecological Environment Bureau for the dust control problem of the construction site: to "cover" the foundation pit air film on the construction site and put on "green clothes", which is both beautiful and dustproof and noise reduction.
The foundation pit air film "covers" the construction noise
On May 6, at the construction site of the comprehensive scientific research building of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, a huge white "balloon" was covered on the construction site, which was particularly eye-catching. The scientific name of this white "balloon" is foundation pit air film, which can effectively block noise and dust, and reduce environmental pollution during the construction process.
Walking into the construction site under the foundation pit air film, I saw that the top of the entire construction site was like a huge "parasol", which was a little cooler than the open-air construction site. According to the relevant person in charge of the Qingyang Ecological Environment Bureau, the foundation pit air film is to install a new inflatable membrane material above the foundation pit on the construction site to achieve the sealing of the foundation pit. The total coverage area of the foundation pit air film of the project is about 1,200 square meters, with a maximum span of 44 meters and a height of 6 meters. The air film material is made of PVDF new building materials with high strength, durability, fire resistance, high temperature and ultraviolet resistance, and there is a sandwich between the inner and outer membranes of the air film, and it is a hollow structure, which not only absorbs sound and insulation, but also effectively blocks dust emission during the construction process. This is the first application of double-layer "air pillow" inflatable film in the foundation pit construction of construction sites in the western part of the mainland, which is a new green construction technology with dustproof, noise reduction, energy saving, fire prevention and intelligence.
How did such a huge "balloon" safely and efficiently "cover" the foundation pit? It is understood that the project is covered with high-strength steel cables on the inside of the air film, and the air film foundation anchors are connected by angle steel, which can evenly distribute the lifting force of the air film to the ground beam to ensure the safety and stability of the air film; In the case of sudden and extreme situations, the membrane can fall onto the mesh cable, eliminating the risk of membrane collapse from the source. At the same time, the air film is equipped with a fully intelligent control system, and multiple environmental sensors monitor the internal and external air pressure, temperature and wind speed under the air film in real time, and adjust the air pressure of the air film in real time through automatic and efficient cooperation between multiple modules such as frequency conversion equipment, inflatable fans, and backup energy, so as to keep the air film in a safe and energy-saving state.
After the foundation pit gas film is put into use, the inside of the foundation pit is completely covered by the air film, which greatly reduces the noise pollution and dust emission in the construction process. The person in charge introduced: "Judging from the data of half a month of operation, the dust in the area covered by the foundation pit air film decreased by more than 90% year-on-year, and the noise decreased by 60% year-on-year. At the same time, with the cooperation of spray, ventilation and lighting systems, the air film canopy also sets up a comfortable working area with constant temperature and humidity for construction workers.

On the other side of the construction site, which is separated from the foundation pit air film a few meters away, it is covered by a huge green dust net, and the whole construction site feels a lot more refreshing.
"This dust-proof canopy is remotely controlled and moved." He opened a small program and clicked the on/off keys of the No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 buttons on the first floor, only to see that the dust-proof canopy opened and merged freely under the "remote control", and the time only took a few seconds.
According to the person in charge, the dust-proof canopy covers an area of about 5,640 square meters, which is equivalent to the size of 13 standard basketball courts. The canopy fabric is made of durable, flame-retardant and recyclable customized green net, which is arranged in a unitized manner and consists of 6 dust filter units. The canopy system has two control modes, mobile APP and remote control, which can be intelligently switched on and off according to the needs of construction, which can effectively prevent the dust on the construction site from "flying all over the sky".
The application of foundation pit air film and intelligent "dust-proof canopy" has installed "double insurance" for the green construction of the construction site.
It is understood that the project has a special location, adjacent to the residential building of Huanhua North Road in the west, and close to the inpatient building and office building of the Provincial People's Hospital in the east, south and north.
