In order to better carry out various physical activities for young people in the area, improve their physical fitness, and cultivate healthy living habits, recently, the "Colorful Rope Area" composed of 5 communities, including Yueran Xinyuan, Wanhe Home, Lingfeng Four Seasons Garden, Hejing Lingfeng, and Yuedu Xinyuan, jointly held a parent-child physical fitness test activity with the theme of "Happy Sports with Childhood, Scientific Physical Testing to Help Growth".

As soon as the event was announced, more than 60 groups of parent-child families signed up to participate. Fu Yongli, deputy mayor of Changyang Town and leader of the package, and secretaries of the party branches of five communities in the area also participated in the event.
At the beginning of the event, the physical fitness coach of the basketball hall first took the children to play the warm-up game "Bomb Attack", which kicked off the event with laughter and lively scenes.
Subsequently, the coach successively demonstrated the 4 individual test items of sit-ups, rope skipping, 50-meter switchback run, and sitting forward bending, and led children of all ages to go to the test points of each project in an orderly manner to "compete in groups" and complete the physical test according to the test requirements. After an hour and a half of testing and competition, the parent-child physical test activity ended successfully.
The scene of the event
"It is not only a parent-child sports meeting, but also a public welfare physical test activity, this activity is great! After the physical test, the children are still unsatisfied, and our parents also have a more scientific and comprehensive understanding of the children's physical fitness and athletic ability.
