How are EAC Certification Inspection Samples Delivered to Testing Laboratories? Customs clearance of EAC samples
EAC Test Samples: Products shipped as samples in the territory of the Customs Union are subject to a certification contract with a certification body, and then a sample sampling letter from the testing laboratory is required for customs clearance. The EAC Certification Testing Laboratory Letter shall state the necessity of importing these products as samples within the territory of the Customs Union, the number of samples and their characteristics.
The technical regulations of the Eurasian Union TR CU/EAEU allow for three forms of product certification:

EAC符合性声明：CU-TR Declaration of Conformity
海关联盟国家注册证书：State registration certificate(SGR)
At the same time, each individual Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU) prescribe its own form of conformity assessment (certification or declaration) and certification scheme for its specific products, according to which certification assessments are conducted. At the same time, the Technical Regulations also publish a list of products that require confirmation of conformity in the form of an EAC Certificate of Conformity/EAC Declaration of Conformity.
Under each of the EAEU/Customs Union Technical Regulations, there is no comprehensive (harmonized) classified list of product certification types.
