During this period, endocrine dysfunction and autonomic nervous system disorders, coupled with the influence of many psychological and social factors, can cause a series of symptoms, such as menstrual disorders, hot sweating, palpitations, palpitations, chest tightness, tinnitus, insomnia, dreams, irritability, mental depression, memory loss, loss of appetite, etc. If women at this stage can adopt a diet that is not only simple and easy to implement, but also has the effect of nourishing and strengthening the body, preventing and curing diseases, it will have a positive effect on eliminating or alleviating the symptoms of menopause and passing this special period safely.

The following dietary remedies can be used for symptomatic diets for women who are undergoing menopause.

10 grams of rehmannia root, 20 grams of lily, 50 grams of japonica rice. Wash the three, decoction of raw rehmannia in water to remove the residue and retain the juice, cook it into porridge with lily and japonica rice, add rock sugar to eat in moderation, once a day. It is suitable for women's menopausal spleen and stomach weakness or shortness of breath and fatigue, paleness, palpitations, insomnia and forgetfulness caused by menorrhagia.

3 grams of chrysanthemum, 5 pieces of fresh hawthorn, 10 grams of cassia stone. Slice the fresh hawthorn and remove the core, put it in a cup with the other two flavors, and brew it with boiling water to replace the tea, several times a day. This formula has the effect of calming the liver and latent yang, calming and lowering blood pressure. 50 grams of floating wheat, 10 jujubes, 20 grams of fried oysters, 50 grams of japonica rice. First, add an appropriate amount of water to the floating wheat, jujubes, and fried oysters, and cook for 30 minutes on a simmer to extract the juice. Boil the japonica rice into porridge with the juice. Add a small amount of sugar once a day. This formula has the effect of invigorating qi and yin, latent yang and stopping perspiration. It is suitable for women's menopausal qi deficiency, hot sweating, palpitations, palpitations, insomnia and dreams caused by yang and yin.
