In the wave of tax collection and management reform, the "Yellow Tax Pioneer" youth commando team formed by a total of 35 young backbones from key departments and grassroots front-line departments of the Huangpu District Taxation Bureau actively practiced the sacred mission of "gathering wealth for the country and collecting taxes for the people".
Youth is the most valuable asset. The Youth Commando is anchored in deepening tax reform and building a smart tax system in Huangpu: optimizing the experience of smart tax handling, broadening the radiation area of regional co-governance, and deepening the working mechanism of "three less and one fast...... More than 20 young people also became young tax anchors, empowered by data, and did fine "drip irrigation" special consultation, contributing to the acceleration of Huangpu District's construction of a market-oriented and international first-class business environment.
On the other front, the Youth Commando Team of the Special Police Detachment of the Huangpu Branch of the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau, composed of 38 special police team members, is responsible for the important task of handling all kinds of emergencies in Huangpu District and protecting the security and stability of the regional society.
In their daily training, the commandos fully carried forward the spirit of enduring hardships and standing hard work, and persisted in carrying out training in such subjects as grappling and fighting, the use of police equipment and weapons, and the use of group tactics as guided by actual combat; sometimes they sprinted, wrestled, and confronted under the scorching sun; sometimes they held a sniper rifle in the cold wind for an hour at a glance; and sometimes they sat around the tactical board and argued over a group's tactics until their faces turned red.
Day after day of hard training, perseverance every day and night, guarding the safety of Huangpu every month and every year, the commandos showed the responsibility of young people with practical actions, and built the "last line of defense" for social security and stability in Huangpu District.

During a book shopping event, a reader was looking for an old book of "Anthology of Writings", but he couldn't find it for a long time, so he came to the information desk with the mentality of trying. Looking at the pictures in the hands of readers, Yongye Sinan volunteers quickly searched in their memories, discussed with each other, and sent pictures in the bookstore group to find them.
"Yes, I remember having this lot at a second-hand book auction!" Suddenly, one of the volunteers shouted, "Really?" After confirmation, the reader finally got his beloved book at auction.

On the 5th of every month, the young commanders and fighters of the Songshan Fire and Rescue Station in Huangpu District will go to Yuyangli Square to carry out voluntary services such as blood pressure measurement, haircuts and fire propaganda to convey safety and love. They also make use of the superior resources of the jurisdiction and cooperate with the local neighborhood committee to carry out door-to-door "free clinics" to eliminate fire hazards, improve fire safety awareness, and enhance the "fish and water situation" with residents in the jurisdiction.
In addition to carrying out the "First Lesson of School" activity, the team members also further optimized and refined the "Red Door Open Day Activity", so that parents and students can learn fire safety knowledge in the immersive experience process.

Still at the Songshan Fire and Rescue Station in Huangpu District, every Tuesday and Friday afternoon, the young commanders and fighters will take turns to give voluntary explanations at the Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, representing Shanghai "Flame Blue" to promote the great founding spirit of the Communist Party of China to tourists from all over the country and even the world.

When they affectionately told the story of the founding of the party, the sense of mission in their hearts also arose spontaneously in their hearts. In the interval between work, the team members actively created the characteristic brand of "Women's Team Red Propaganda", in-depth study and research of Huangpu's party history stories, and carried out volunteer explanation activities in venues such as the First National Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China, the District Party Building Service Center, and the Bund Historical Memorial Hall for many times, and participated in various red propaganda activities.
In the series of micro-videos "Chengguan Takes You to See the Bund" innovatively shot by the team, the team members led the audience to explore the historical stories and spiritual power behind the red landmarks, recall the history of Shanghai's red revolution and the development history of the Bund in the past century, and at the same time make themselves a unique scenery of the Bund.
