The second is to grasp cultural tourism and extend the chain into a group. It is necessary to grasp the hot trend of the cultural tourism market, continue to make efforts in "traveling, living, and eating", and make increments. The third is to grasp the project and improve the quality and growth rate. It is necessary to adhere to the on-site scheduling mechanism of the project, make every effort to break the bottleneck of land, capital and other elements to ensure that the project construction is strongly promoted. Fourth, we should focus on attracting investment and make precise efforts. It is necessary to give full play to the role of the nine industrial investment promotion classes, speak with the results, and evaluate with actual results, so as to put funds in place, start projects, and produce tax heroes. Fifth, keep the bottom line and ensure safety.
